**The Job**
The Vice President of Growth is accountable for building scalable, data-driven growth engines to drive player acquisition, retention, and revenue across the Warner Bros. Games' portfolio. **Strategic Growth Leadership**
+ Define and execute holistic growth strategies across console, PC, and mobile games to drive global audience and revenue expansion.

+ Build and manage a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy (email, SMS, WBD O&O, WBG in-game O&O) to increase retention, monetization, and player LTV.
+ Lead segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies across CRM and lifecycle touchpoints.
+ Drive forward innovation in first-party data use, channel orchestration, and engagement timing.

**Operational Excellence & Program Management**

Develop and manage media marketing budget; actively shape budget discussions which will evolve as each state/market opens. Manage agency relationships. Evaluate, select and manage digital, offline, and media agency relationships in close coordination with the CMO and, where required, MGM leadership. Working across the business, develop a frictionless customer experience for new customers opening accounts for each brand ensuring the internal conversion rate is fully optimized. Lead cross functional relationships within marketing and broader functions – recognize results and positive contributions and work to resolve any issues quickly. Qualifications A minimum of 10+ years sports betting marketing experience is preferred and at least 7+ years working in a senior capacity within a casino or sports betting brand. Thorough understanding of all brand development tactics for sports betting operations. Thorough understanding of competitor offerings and assessing where the business is placed in comparison. Thorough understanding of the mechanics marketing within sports, detailed understanding of promotional tactics that resonate with sports betters. Thorough understanding of the regulatory requirements– specifically in relationship to the odds/pricing and specific market requirements or restrictions. A sports enthusiast with a thorough understanding of all sports, both European and US. An ability to remain focused and to deliver high quality work under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate results and actions for presentations. Strong team leadership skills and proven track record of managing a team both in office and remotely. Flexibility with working hours and the willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays in line with company requirements. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus. The annual salary range for this position is $236,000 to $10,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead revenue growth initiatives for our DTC business through strategic planning, development, and execution of performance marketing strategies across paid media channels.
  • Establish and achieve key departmental goals focused on customer acquisition, LTV, and channel growth while ensuring marketing efficiency.
  • Plan, supervise, and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels (Social, Search, Affiliate, Display) and traditional channels (Video, Audio, OOH, Direct Mail).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns; continuously test, measure, and refine.
  • Work with the Growth Analyst to allocate channel budgets and partner with FP&A and Marketing Insights for financial projections.
  • Collaborate closely with Integrated Marketing, Creative, CRM, Ecommerce, and Insights teams on new product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Mentor and develop a flexible, collaborative, and high-performing growth marketing team.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify new channels, platforms, and tools.
Basic Qualifications Required:
  • 7+ years of experience with DTC subscription and traditional ecommerce.
  • 3+ years of experience as Head of Growth for a digitally native business with annual sales of $200M+.
  • 3+ years of experience with hands-on experience with media buying on platforms like Meta and/or Google.
  • 3+ years of experience in offline marketing, particularly TV/OTT and Audio.
  • Proven leadership of high-performing growth marketing teams of 4+ people.
  • Managed diverse media budgets of $00M+.
  • Data-driven with the ability to consolidate data from various sources.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, hybrid work environment with the ability to adapt and unify teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
