Heavy Duty Tire, LLC is a family owned and operated Commercial Tire Facility providing sales and service throughout the country with its headquarters located in West Palm Beach, Fl.

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to ensure the daily operations of our warehouse in Milford, Virginia. Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable in all aspects of shipping and receiving, invoicing and billing, warehouse and inventory management. Working knowledge of the industrial and commercial tire industry is desirable but not a prerequisite for employment.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment with a team of 15-20 employees. The facility is non-climate controlled, providing an opportunity to work closely with a small manufacturing team. The standard schedule is the second shift from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with a temporary schedule of 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience with order fulfillment or warehouse environments
• Availability to work overnights, up to six (6) days per week, but will not work Saturday nights
• Must be able to communicate good in English, including reading, plus good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (34 - 55 degrees) for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as bend, kneel, reach overhead and other strenuous work repetitively
• Possess a positive attitude, an excellent work ethic and the drive to succeed
• Be detail oriented and diligent with your work
• Experience with fresh produce is a plus!
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if offered a position.
