Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing environment with a team of 15-20 employees. The facility is non-climate controlled, providing an opportunity to work closely with a small manufacturing team. The standard schedule is the second shift from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with a temporary schedule of 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

- Maintaining an organized and safety working environment.

Qualifications
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience with order fulfillment or warehouse environments
- Availability to work overnights, up to six (6) days per week, but will not work Saturday nights
- Must be able to communicate good in English, including reading, plus good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (34 - 55 degrees) for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as bend, kneel, reach overhead and other strenuous work repetitively
- Possess a positive attitude, an excellent work ethic and the drive to succeed
- Be detail oriented and diligent with your work
- Experience with fresh produce is a plus!
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if offered a position.
