Job Summary

This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. He/She sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. Qualifications

Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $25.70/hr to $41.80/hr. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. **What you'll do:**
This position within Eaton's growing Aerospace Interconnect division is responsible for managing key Supply Chain related functions such as materials planning, scheduling and ordering activities associated with the delivery of specific customer products, direct and indirect material purchasing, inventory control and warehousing, shipping and receiving. Program Manager - Supply Chain

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Program Manager - Supply Chain for a contract position in Redmond, WA. Opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a longterm extension.

Position Summary: The main function of Supply Chain Project Manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out. The Project Manager will support the Supply Chain Operations Planning and Execution team.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Run rhythm-of-business activities for weekly and monthly supply chain operations
  • Generate weekly and monthly operations planning process metrics and coordinate with stakeholders Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
  • Engaging with suppliers on initiatives
  • Various data analysis, PBI creation

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of supply planning disciplines and best practices
  • Experience with supply chain analytics and modeling techniques
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize and report out both verbally and in writing to a wide range of audience
  • Proven capabilities in operating in a growing, fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Experience with SAP IBP Supply Planning or similar supply planning tools such as Kinaxis, Oracle Cloud Planning, etc. is desirable.
  • Proficient with business tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio) and able to generate quality outputs
  • Understanding and application of key Retail and inventory management concepts (Open to Buy, In-Stock, WOS, turn)
  • Supplier/vendor management
  • Exceptional Excel skills managing large amounts of data
  • Experience with SAP
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical degree required
  • 5+ years of supply chain operations experience required
  • Ability to clearly communicate in English both written and verbally required
  • Cloud / high tech experience is a plus

Preferred:
  • 5+ of experience in Supply chain management and operations
  • 5+ Years of experience Project Management activities (Discussion, communication, execution)
  • 3+ Years of experience with SAP IBP for Supply Chain
  • Knowledge of business systems and information technology for managing supply chain | 5+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding in the use of MRP systems, Excel Power Pivots, TEAMs, Power Point, SQL and Power BI| 5+ years of experience
  • Experience working with global and cross-functional internal and external teams in a fast-paced environment | 5+ years of experience
