We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Manager at our new facility in Cartersville, GA. This role will manages a 130,000 sq. ft. warehouse and requires a focus on operational excellence, ensuring all warehousing operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Benchmark performance of all warehouse functions.
- Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
- Work closely with finance to ensure that the warehouse operation is cost-effective, including headcount expenses, warehouse equipment, and freight.
- Oversee site layout and space management.
- Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all inventory data in the Fishbowl warehouse management system.
- Identify, hire, and train an experienced, high caliber, detail-oriented team.
- Ensure perfect execution of logistics accounting processes: receiving, assembly, storage, and shipping/transfers.
- Lead daily planning and staff meetings.
- Lead training and certification efforts for powered equipment according to OSHA requirements.

COMPENSATION
The anticipated hiring range for this position is USD 83,200 to USD 104,000. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in an annual incentive program as a percentage of base salary, inclusion in our health and welfare benefit programs, and time off programs (vacation, sick, and floating holidays) among other benefits. The compensation and benefits provided for this role are subject to change and may be adjusted due to local market conditions based on the final work location of the incumbent.
