The Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Team Leader is responsible for managing and supervising the FSQA team in the metro food production facility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the FSQA team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, ensuring all FSQA standards are met and safety protocols are followed.
- Establish a culture that prioritizes food safety and quality at the facility.
- Design, implement, and manage quality assurance programs and procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Develop and enforce quality standards and specifications for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Oversee environmental monitoring program and other swabbing programs as required to conform to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) guidelines.
- Monitor all Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and update them frequently as dictated by business needs or the USDA, including cross training Team Members on SSOPs.
- Act as the primary liaison for all internal and external food safety and quality issues (customer complaints, USDA, Food & Drug Association (FDA).
- Uphold all Whole Foods Market, USDA, and FDA program standards and work closely with USDA inspector.
- Oversee Pest Control Program and work with third party provider to remedy pest-related issues.
- Follow, comply with, and enforce established procedures, including health and sanitation guidelines and adherence to safe work practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records of all quality assurance and food safety activities with daily audits to verify compliance.
- Handle food safety crises, including product recalls, contamination incidents, and other emergencies.
- Interview, select, train, develop, counsel, and manage performance for Team Members in a way that builds and sustains a high-performing and engaged team.
- Collaborate with Team Member Services on Team Member relations including proper documentation, investigations, corrective actions, and resolve team concerns and/or issues.
- In collaboration with subject matter experts, maintain comprehensive knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, relevant regulatory rules and standards, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), USDA, State Department of Agriculture, HACCP, FSMA, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Department of Labor, Health and Sanitation regulations, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and Weights and Measures.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in food science, microbiology, animal sciences, or a related field preferred OR equivalent combination of education and FSQA experience within a food manufacturing facility.
- 2+ years of FSQA facility experience within a food production environment and 12+ months of supervisory FSQA experience in the food manufacturing industry.
- PCQI and HACCP certified preferred.
- Proven track record of success in an FSQA leadership role in the food manufacturing industry.
- Ability to develop, implement, and manage food safety and quality assurance programs.
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency in analyzing data from quality tests, audits, and inspections to identify trends, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
- Intermediate computer skills; proficiency in select Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); and ability to learn custom applications.
- Basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes within a food manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work well with others, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with little supervision.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the facility, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders including Team Members, customers suppliers, and regulators.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

The Sr. Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the Supply Chain (materials management, sourcing, planning, purchasing, control and distribution of materials and products) at theMonroe facility. Additionally, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for evaluating, drafting, and executing supply agreements with preferred vendors and strategic customers to facilitate long term partnerships, improve costing, and mitigate stock outs. Finally, the Supply Chain Manager will effectively develop and coach their direct reports to support daily initiatives, align department objectives with the business strategy, engage the workforce with increased expectations and hold workforce accountable for results.
- Partner with Corporate Supply Chain to facilitate long term supply agreements with preferred vendors and strategic customers to improve reliability of deliveries and increase Monroe's purchasing power
- Provide strategic supervision to the purchasing/buying, customer service, warehouse, inventory control and planning functions.
- Develop commodity strategy to ensure highest quality and world class OTD from vendors
- Develop, implement, and maintain purchasing SOP to support both R&D and Operations
- Oversee the purchasing and/or contracting for materials, supplies, equipment and services
- Implement physical inventory program (cycle count) and ensure physical to electronic inventory match at best-in-class standards
- Responsible for continuing programs of exploration for supplies, suppliers and processes to achieve the best possible quality, prices and delivery
- Coordinate with the Quality department on nonconforming material investigations and corrective actions for purchased items including credits and return authorizations
- Support design (NPD) projects with supplier selection and evaluation activities
- Provide input on supplier reevaluations
- Initiates LEAN Manufacturing practices by analyzing trend information and recommending areas of focus
- Review and monitor production variances (including material variances and time studies)
- Support the development and achievement of KPI's that deliver results for S afety, Q uality, C ost and D elivery. KPI's will encompass OTD, past dues, yield, cost of scrap, labor efficiency, safety, achieving 3rd Day sales target, etc.
- ERP (EpiCor) superuser and "go to" for resolving low level system issues
- Develop, establish, and provide for the maintenance of reporting systems that relate to the supply chain functions
- Bachelor's degree required; Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) preferred
- 7+ years' Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment required
- 5 years' experience with ERP systems required (Epicor ERP preferred)
- 5+ years' experience managing direct reports
- Solid understanding of Planning and Purchasing methodologies (forecasts, safety stocks, replenishment strategies, inventory optimization, lead time reduction, Kanban, etc.)
- General understanding of Lean Management required
- Proficiency with data analytics (databases, MS Excel, and presentations) and MS Office
- Knowledge and experience of working with an ISO13485 Quality Management System.
- Demonstrated success in managing workforce, conflict management and working in a team environment.
- Certified supply chain professional (CSCP) preferred
- Quality system auditing experience preferred

The Senior Supply Chain Manager leads the procurement organization for ARKA's Space & Defense business unit located in Danbury, CT. - Oracle, SAP, or other ERP system experience required
- Well versed in Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel
- Advanced data analysis skills including the use of regression analysis and demand estimation models along with budgetary variance analysis
- Understanding of the basics and best practices pertaining to configuration management for hardware and documents
- APICS or ISM certification

The Customer Logistics Analyst oversees the flow of our product from manufacturing through final mile delivery. **Your Role at Raising Cane's:**
The **Operations Manager** is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.
The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers.
