What you need to know:
- This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license and car insurance is required.
- Applicants must be 21 or older (due to insurance bonding requirements).
- Stocking & Organizing : Receive, sort, clean, and display donated items and furniture in the store and open warehouse/staging area (outside).
- Customer Service : Assist customers, operate the cash register, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
- Logistics Support : Drive either a 20' or 26' box truck for pickup and delivery of furniture and other household items from community partners and deliver to the resale locations.

- Team Collaboration : Attend staff meetings, support GRACE events, and work closely with team members to achieve our mission.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time;

JOB SUMMARY
Currently looking for Warehouse Associate. The ideal candidate will have 1-year minimum warehouse experience as well as forklift/tow motor. This position is full time with an excellent benefit package to include medical, dental, vision 401K and PTO. Must be able to read and write English. Spanish is a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Load out all scheduled work for the day
- Utilize scanners to scan all incoming and outgoing material
- Process any material returned from canceled or rescheduled jobs immediately after loadout
- Keep warehouse clean and orderly

OVERVIEW:
Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll not only handle the ebb and flow of products as they enter and leave the facility, but you'll dive into the world of inventory management for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is for our branch located at 2515 N Main St, Cleburne, TX 76033. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Managing and maintaining branch inventory
o Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory
o Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed

- Assist with shipping and receiving, loading & unloading trucks, and scheduling freight carriers to pick up and deliver freight.
- Check in merchandise matching purchase orders to part numbers (descriptions) as well as customer returned parts and non-inventoried items.
- Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped - assemble customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or relocating orders to a holding area or shipping department.
- Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas - sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Fill sales orders, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to shipping or to designated assembly area.
- Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for associates and customer traffic.
- Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
- Open bales, crates, and other containers, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
- Assist in counting of physical inventory: weigh and count items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards.
- Facilities maintenance duties as needed.
- Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments, prepare parcels for shipment, organize warehouse and work area for orderliness/cleanliness at all times.
- Assemble fittings, tubing, hoses and other products by following drawings and instructions.
- Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, drawings, and parts lists.
- Inspect, adjust, repair, and test products as necessary to meet customer requirements.
- Gather and position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements - verify specifications by measuring completed component.
- Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications and/or notifying Branch Manager to obtain additional resources.
- Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs when required.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
