SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
The Warehouse Supervisor will provide leadership and direction to maintain warehouse, raw material, packaging material, and Magnolia Foods products in compliance with Safety Quality Food Institute (SQFI) and Food Safety Internal Procedures; observe and enforce the employee safety rules and company policies; supervise and coordinate activities of workers concerned with picking, packing, shipping, receiving and fulfillment as it relates to preparing it for same day shipping; provide support to the warehouse employees, coordinating, and assigning warehouse tasks to the warehouse employees; conduct monthly meetings with warehouse employees according to the training schedule; maintain continue communication with all the plant departments and positive vendor relationships.
DUTIES

The 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor is tasked with leading the operational activities during their designated shifts, ensuring efficient inventory management and distribution in line with customer requirements.
