**seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves a variety of warehouse duties including inventory management, material handling, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and capable of performing physical tasks with precision and care.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Pull and prepare orders for shipment
+ Lay out materials on machines and measure to ensure specified dimensions and angles are met
+ Maintain accurate inventory records
+ Operate RF scanners and other warehouse tools
+ Load and unload materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, or cherry pickers
+ Perform general labor tasks including picking, packing, and shipping/receiving
+ Ensure a clean and safe work environment
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
+ Experience using hand tools and RF scan guns
+ Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
+ Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems and production environments
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
**Preferred Experience:**
+ Forklift or cherry picker operation
+ Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labor role
**PPE Requirements:**
+ Steel-toe boots required
+ All other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided by Phoenix Metals
+ No certifications or medical tests required
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
