- Needs to be a great communicator and will be client facing
- Does not need to have Casino experience.

The Senior eCommerce Analyst, Casino functions as an integral part of the Global eCommerce Organization, focusing translating web behavioral analytics into actionable insights that drive decision-making for our Casino program. You'll work across teams to support ongoing initiatives, develop impactful reporting, and uncover opportunities through in-depth data analysis. Your expertise in Web Analytics will enable us to continuously improve user experience, enhance conversion rates, and meet organizational goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive reports and dashboards within Adobe Analytics, delivering clear insights on performance and visitor behaviors.
- Effectively communicate and share performance updates in weekly checkins and/or other meeting venues
- Analyze website user behavior, purchase patterns, and conversion funnels to uncover trends, gaps, and friction points, identifying opportunities for refinement(s) within the Casino program.
- Identify and analyze points of user friction or drop-off in the customer journey, peeling back layers of data to explore deeper trends, isolate root causes, and uncover opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc requests for data and insights, providing accurate, relevant information to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging analytics techniques, and Adobe Analytics features to continually refine reporting and analysis capabilities.

- Bachelor degree in a related discipline and/or equivalent, directly related experience required.
- 5-7 years of experience in web analytics, with experience with Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics.
- Proven experience in developing detailed reports, dashboards, and performing in-depth data analysis.
- Strong understanding of Web Analytics KPIs, web optimization and product concepts and performance.
- Knowledge of business and drivers of profitability, and how those relate to digital analytics.

- Create and maintain reports, dashboards and data visualizations for internal and external use.
- Has an understanding of today's ever evolving data privacy landscape and what it means in terms of deploying Google Analytics, tagging / tracking, and advertising pixels from a client and/or server-side implementation perspective to align with industry best practices.
- Conduct Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager audits to identify implementation issues and provide recommended solutions or additional areas of opportunity through custom techniques.

Minimum Qualifications

Own end-to-end web analytics strategy-including platform implementation, tag management, data governance, privacy compliance, and reporting.

Manage and optimize tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, and LogRocket to track user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion paths.

Build custom dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and backend tools (e.g., SQL, Python) to answer complex business questions and understand customer journeys.

Develop and maintain SQL-based data pipelines and datasets in BigQuery for reporting, marketing attribution, and lead scoring.

Build and implement custom JavaScript tracking (via GTM) to capture detailed user interactions and enrich event data.

Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate site changes, optimize user experience, and inform marketing strategy.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to marketing teams to drive campaign success and improve ROI.

Act as the internal champion for a "test and learn" culture within digital marketing.

Serve as the primary point of contact for external digital analytics or advertising vendors.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit college or university, Masters preferred.

A track record of commitment to prior employers.

5+ years of hands-on web analytics experience required; ideally in a B2B or SaaS marketing environment.

Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics, with experience managing accounts, properties, and tracking structures.

Deep understanding of Google Tag Manager-especially creating/editing tags, triggers, and variables.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio).

Strong working knowledge of SQL; experience with Python is a plus.

The Senior Web Analyst will partner closely with marketing, product, and BI teams to bring clarity to the customer journey and elevate the digital experience across our platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of website and app to uncover insights that improve conversion rates and maximize revenue.
- Design and implement a robust measurement framework to support strategic decision-making for site and product teams.
- Monitor and optimize key micro-conversions, analyzing user behaviors to improve the full path to purchase.
