**Job Description:**
Patterson Companies, a Minnesota-based healthcare distributor and software provider, has an opening on its Digital Analytics team.
The Senior Web Analyst is at the heart of a small, nimble team focused on enterprise B2B ecommerce and marketing enablement. This role's responsibilities are divided roughly 50/50 into two areas. 1. Analytics-related platform management. This involves close collaboration with various teams (product, engineering, UX, marketing, compliance, and BI) to manage instrumentation (e.g. analytics tags, data/platform integrations). 2. Analysis and communication of insights. This includes KPI research and analysis, reports, presentations, and self-service enablement (training, dynamic reports and dashboards).
This role would be ideal for an experienced analyst with great communications skills who enjoys bridging the gap between strategic thinking and ops execution to deliver critical insights.

**Essential Functions**
+ Configure and manage web-analytics platforms to understand visitor behavior, identify opportunities, and improve conversions and revenue; includes ongoing platform configuration, tagging operations, and platform/tool integrations.

**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
+ 5 years experience in a web analytics analysis role utilizing Google Analytics suite, including use of Looker / Data Studio.
+ 2 years experience working with a tag management system in an operational capacity; Google Tag Manager preferred
+ Experience with web content management systems in regard to analytics tagging.
+ Understanding of web development (HTML5, JavaScript)

The US Foods Summer Internship Program provides a forum for students to apply classroom skills and academic training in a real-world business environment. In addition to being assigned business-impacting projects throughout the summer, students will be matched with a manager who will meet with them on a regular basis to provide direction on assignments as well as deliver performance feedback and a mentor who will be available to offer day-to-day guidance and support.

• Develop & maintain SAP (SD, PP) I/F & Web UIs.

• Provide user training

• Provide technical support to the end users in the form of troubleshooting guidelines and modifications to the system after it has been delivered.

• Takes the lead role in assisting with the business case, Planning and monitoring, eliciting requirements, Requirements organization, Translating and simplifying requirements, Requirements management and communication, and Requirements analysis.

• Review code for various applications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least three (3) years’ experience conducting customer surveys to gather feedback and requirements in order to improve processes and applications to increase information sharing and collaboration among geographically separated organizations.
  • At least three (3) years with analysis, problem solving, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues associated with individual web development efforts, web page rendering, latency and authentication/access issues.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience performing administrative duties in a joint environment. Contractors shall possess experience with Microsoft Office applications to include Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint 2019 / M365 or later, as well as experience or training administering web services for information management and knowledge management functions.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience providing training and educating the customer base on existing, newly established, and implemented applications, to include documentation such as training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and flowcharts.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience using technology to streamline unique business processes for the overall benefit of an organization. Demonstrated experience with Information Management (IM) / KM intelligence tools, processes, and activities is highly desired.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience communicating with senior ranking government and military officials. Experience shall demonstrate the ability to deconstruct complex technical theories into understood concepts.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience supporting office and business process automation using a variety of business productivity tools such as O36 or similar to collate data and streamline processes.

DESCRIPTION:

Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor Providing A&AS support to the Government with the J64 Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Provide support to J64 senior-level leadership, USSTRATCOM customer(s), and 55CONS to develop an IMS consisting of 1k+ unique IDs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Shall provide support in the pursuit of content by surveying internal customers to gather feedback and requirements. (CDRL A003)
  • Participate in discussions, meetings, conferences, publication, evaluations, and special projects: providing accurate and relevant feedback within specified timeframes. (CDRL A002, A003, A005)
  • Advise and assist the Government on best practices for information sharing to support day-to-day operations, crises, and exercises with a focus on improving the USSTRATCOM J2 presence in the Intelligence Community (IC) on multiple computer network systems.
  • Advise and assist the Government with creating new and updating existing USSTRATCOM Intelligence KM Enterprise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation and broadening the USSTRATCOM J2 KM plan, CONOPs, Mission/Vision and policies and guidance for advancing the J2 KM program. (CDRL A003)
  • Assist in providing training and education on KM principles, policies, guidelines, tools, and processes to the J2 workforce as well as advising other USSTRATCOM directorates and Component Commands on J2 principles, mission sets and responsibilities in relation to supporting CDRUSSTRATCOM and the IC. (CDRL A003, A005)
  • Perform services in a flexible and dynamic pace in order to integrate, test, and evaluate prototype applications into current SharePoint environment.
  • Provide Webmaster support to update and maintain the J2 unclassified and classified web sites as requested. (CDRL A003)
