Maximus is looking to hire a VB.Net developer that will focus on the support and development of Aidvantage VB.Net automations, working directly with other developers, architects, business analysts and testers.

**This is a remote position. Candidates may be located anywhere within the United States but must work East Coast business core hours.**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the computer systems analysis, requirements analysis, modeling, configuration, monitoring and support for mission-critical applications.

- Lead the monitoring and testing of application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.

- Work closely with business and systems analysts to define system requirements to meet both internal and external customer needs.

- Provide status updates to manager, and project manager on project progress, challenges, issues, and end-user satisfaction.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure development activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority and business objectives.

- Meet or exceed all operational readiness requirements (e.g., operations engineering, performance)

- Serve as a scrum master for agile development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure all tasks and milestones associated with technical design, development and unit testing are completed according to project management guidelines.

- Ensure that product configurations and enhancements are made correctly and deployed per our release management plan.

- Responsible for the development and finalization of all technical system documentation.

- Deploy new software releases to higher environments and coordinate production releases.

- Support Aidvantage business development activities by providing technical solutions and system architecture documentation for proposal development.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Job-Specific Minimum Qualifications:

- US Citizen - Able to clear dept of education - 6c clearance

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Minimum of five years developing applications in VB.Net.

- Experience in implementing enterprise application patterns using Object Oriented Programing.

- Proficient in database design and query tuning using MS SQL Server.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops for version control and code deployments.

- Ability to work well independently or in a team setting.

- Strong analysis, problem identification, and problem resolution capabilities.

- Ability to successfully manage many complex tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the blueprint workshops and conduct sessions with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience, preferred

  • Functional/technical proficiency with at least 5+ full life cycle SAP implementation experience and 7+ years of industry and/or consulting experience in SAP MM and LE solutions, preferred

  • Strong knowledge in SAP S4 HANA PTP functionalities along with LE, SD, FI modules

  • Understands SAP best-practices, business processes, operational procedures, and the relationships between SAP MM- SD, MM-LE, MM -FI and SAP - Non-SAP systems

  • S4 HANA certification is highly desirable
