**Responsibilities:**
+ Assists physicians with triage, patient examination, procedures, treatments, and x-rays.
+ Responsible for patient histories, routine lab procedures and preparation of specimens for transport to the lab.
+ Create and maintain patient charts.
+ File charts and reports.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Supports urgent care or offices with x-ray equipment.

Schedule Notes: Rotating Shifts 9a-9p M-F, 8a-430p Weekends, 2-8's and 2-12's per week for 40 hours.
Job Description :
- MRI technologists run the magnetic resonance imaging scanner to create a diagnostic image for the physician.
- They maintain imaging equipment and ensure that their patients are protected and in an optimal position for imaging.
- They must work closely with the physician by taking medical histories, keeping records and adjusting the scanner as directed.
- Requirements: Associate's Degree in Applied Science; Two (2) years of experience as a Technologist in Imaging Services preferred; Must meet one of the following: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography.
- Must become registered in MRI within two (2) years of date of hire in the MRI department. If a technologist fails to become registered in MRI within 2 years of their MRI hire date, he/she will be terminated from the MRI Tech position.
- Transfer to an alternate role in another modality such as General X-ray or CT may be offered depending on the candidate's ability to meet minimum job requirements, availability of open positions, and requires the approval of the area's supervisor, manager, and/or department director; Completion of an accredited MRI program and ARRT registered in MRI.
