Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of 26,800.00 - 40,200.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of 32,496.00.

Location: This is a remote position, with travel as necessary. We are open to considering candidates close to any of our US locations in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, Oregon or California as well as locations near major airports such as the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and Pacific Coast.

Overview:
The Lead Retail Sales Representatives main function is to oversee and maintain the operations of the retails stores on property.
- Assists Retail Manager in all functions of Retail Operations within the hotel, as directed.
- Assists Retail Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of all retail shops and vending.
- Hiring, training, and scheduling of retail and vending staff.
- Responsible for daily ordering for gift shops and vending.
- Directly supervises all retail sales representatives and retail stock persons.
- Assists in monthly inventory.
- At least one year or more of security experience in a high-volume hotel or casino.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
