Responsible for project communication and project planning directly with the client, design, operations and external partners. Provide direction and guidance to other labor trades (cabling, electrical, etc.). Successfully lead and manage projects to continuously deliver upon agreed expectations which include managing costs and resources and minimizing errors. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the scope, schedule and budget for small to large complex projects and bid proposals. Act as main point of contact with project team, client, and contractors. Develop and manage project schedule and timeline. Establish and coordinate delivery phasing of product with service providers. Coordinate and lead project team meetings, and ensure accurate information is communicated to all internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner. Specify product utilizing existing specification tools, processes, and inventory of clients owned product. Identify and specify new standard product to fulfill the project requirements. Check specifications against floor plans for accuracy. Accurately create bill of materials, quotes and orders for clients for needed product. Gather lead times from vendors and collaborate with project team so that they can communicate expectations with the client. Lead project spec checks for accuracy. Ensure all revisions are made to design drawings and product quotes. Responsible for managing and reducing errors to drive increased project revenue. Request, negotiate, and manage pricing from third party service and product providers. Manage budget to actual costs for each project. Monitor project progress utilizing risk reporting tools. Communicate on-going order status, progress and issues with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and update project status based on client requirements. Create installation package, lead pre-install meetings with project team, contractors and other labor trades. Communicate project requirements, communicate work plan with install lead to ensure they are prepared to manage the project. Manage project team through project completion. Demonstrate problem solving during install; research and resolve product issues while keeping appropriate individuals informed of progress. Ensure punch list is managed to its completion, including sign off by client. May participate in punch list walkthrough with client and contractors. Assist design team with field measurements and checking product specifications against plans. Travel to local and job sites for project oversight as needed. We're seeking a dynamic and strategic procurement professional to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts for a revolutionary next-generation ablation catheter. What You'll Work On:

• Manages long term contracts which are not managed by the commodity management teams, within established limitations and scope of authority to obtain the most favorable business partnerships, including but not limited to quality, availability and cost.

Education and Experience You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or equivalent degree.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in direct materials purchasing or commodity management.
• At least 3 years working with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle JDE, Microsoft Dynamics GP, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working with product lifecycle/data management software such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, or equivalent.

Database Administration

• Assists the QA Project Lead with a review of all issues entered by the test teams to ensure bug reports include required information and conform to Activision QA standards.
• Tracks high severity issues across the project to ensure that they are resolved for submission.
• Independently reviews and assigns out NMI issues to testers to ensure swift updates to developer and Production questions regarding issues.
• Assists the QA Project Lead with initial research and evaluation of all disputed (Not a Bug, Will Not Fix, & Duplicate) issues.
• Updates the database after each bug sweep.

Managing and Mentoring

• Monitors the defect report database and other platform associated databases.
• Provides direct supervision of the test team on a day-to-day basis to ensure rapid and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
• Evaluates tester performance and recommends promotions or remediation plans to the Project Lead.
• Coaches testers to alleviate any issues that arise.
• Prepares testers for additional responsibilities, such as Senior QA Testers.

Requirements:

Technical

• Proficient with Devtrack & Jira or similar bug tracking database.
• Able to identify defects in software titles and report defects in a clear and concise manner.
• Capacity to create and implement innovative testing procedures and materials.
• Strong working knowledge of most popular console platforms and related peripherals, PC Software/hardware, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Has been in a leadership role (Senior QA Tester and/or Acting Associate QA Project Lead).

Non-Technical

• 2+ year of experience working in the Activision QA Department or in a comparable Quality Assurance department.
• Possesses excellent spoken and written communication skills and be able to work with varied staff members and personalities.
• Proficient in exercising independent judgment in supervising others and/or making meaningful recommendations to senior managers with respect to decisions concerning personnel and team management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor new employees.
• Ability to handle high pressure situations and have strong prioritization skills.
• Must be punctual, proactive, and have a strong work ethic.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Actively communicates a positive, outgoing approach to Quality Assurance. Able to give and accept positive feedback as well as constructive criticism.
• Must be an avid gamer, with interests in many different genres of games and a passion for developing high quality games.
• A strong desire to learn and understand the technologies involved in game creation.
