Key Responsibilities:

• Assist CNAs with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and routine care for residents.
• Conduct treatments for residents/patients as needed.
• Administer medications according to physician orders and care plans.
• Submit pharmacy orders accurately.
• Document and record all information carefully.
• Provide injections of medication as prescribed.
• Monitor resident health and communicate updates to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians.
• Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
• Provide basic care, including cleaning and bandaging wounds.
• Manage IVs and start IV drips as necessary.
• Monitor and report on fluid/food intake and output.
• Observe and report incidents, accidents, and any skin breakdowns.
• Assist in the admissions process as directed.
