Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging educational programs, tours, and workshops based on museum exhibits and collections.
- Adapt programs to suit different age groups and learning styles.
- Lead interactive sessions and discussions with visitors.
- Work with school groups, coordinating visits and educational activities.
- Create educational materials and resources for programs and exhibits.
- Engage visitors on the museum floor, answering questions and providing information.
- Assist with special events and public programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with curatorial and visitor services staff.
- Stay knowledgeable about the museum's collections and current exhibits.
- Ensure a positive and enriching learning experience for all visitors.

- Promote museum membership and programs to visitors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Museum Studies, History, Art History, Science, or a field relevant to the museum's collection.
- 1+ year of experience in education, teaching, or museum education.
- Experience working with diverse audiences, including children and adults.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Knowledge of educational theories and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the museum's mission and collections.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage groups effectively.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
- Experience in curriculum development is a plus.
- Experience with informal learning environments is a plus.
