**Position Summary**
The **Industrial Maintenance Mechanic** is responsible for performing complex mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment and building systems. This role also involves planning, installing, modifying, and upgrading machinery, as well as supporting plant projects from concept through completion.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Plan and oversee maintenance projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
+ Perform both mechanical and electrical repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
+ Design, install, and upgrade control systems with PLCs, including creating and debugging programs.
+ Troubleshoot and install AC and DC drives.
+ Perform predictive and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
+ Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
+ Prepare and update CAD drawings as required.

**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
+ Technical or vocational training in industrial automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, or PLC systems preferred.
**Experience:**
+ Minimum of five years of combined maintenance education and experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).

**Maintenance Technician - Full-Time, Permanent Position**
**Location:** Denver, PA
**Pay Rate:** $28.00 per hour
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, with two mandatory Saturdays per month
**About the Company**
We are a long-established, industry-leading manufacturer specializing in custom wire and cable products that serve a wide range of industries including industrial, automotive, and commercial markets. Our facility operates on a 24/5 production schedule, with a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Maintenance Technician** to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This position plays a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations through proactive maintenance planning and equipment assessment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Create a detailed inventory list of parts on each of the three continuous vulcanization (CV) lines
+ Assess the risk of failure for each part within the next 12 months
+ Develop a list of suppliers for parts identified as likely to fail within that timeframe
+ Document which inventory items have existing spares on hand
+ Support continuous improvement and preventative maintenance efforts across the facility
**Desired Skills and Experience**
+ Hands-on maintenance experience in a 24/5 or 24/7 manufacturing environment (as a Maintenance Technician or Lead)
+ Strong mechanical maintenance skills
+ Electrical troubleshooting or repair experience is a plus
+ Experience with maintenance supervision and/or maintenance planning preferred
+ Formal training in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is a plus
