We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their individual fitness journey.We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a QA Software Tester in Logan, UT.ROLE COMMITMENTSContribute to the testing and release of major software initiatives across multiple platforms, including tablet and mobile environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global feature rollouts and region-specific releases.Participate in early-stage testing of new applications and major platform updates, including internal alpha and public beta cycles.Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive test cases and test suites for new product features.Help ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of evolving mobile and tablet experiences through iterative testing cyclesKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, write, and execute test plans, test cases, and test runs for moderately complex features.Identify, log, and clearly communicate defects using tools like JIRA and TestRail.Perform various types of testing including regression, black box, smoke, and interface testing.Analyze test results, document findings, and follow through to issue resolution.Collaborate with developers to isolate bugs and validate fixes.Provide input on test coverage, testability of requirements, and potential risk areas.Raise concerns about ambiguous or conflicting requirements and work with stakeholders to clarify them.Support testing of hardware/software interactions when applicable.Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.Required:2-4 years of experience in software testing or relevant QA role.Demonstrated experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle.Solid communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Preferred:Experience testing hardware-integrated software or embedded systems.Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).Technical degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, or related field.QA certification or relevant training (e.g., ISTQB). Quality Assurance - IDL - FSQA Technician

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Utilizes existing FSQA systems, resources and corporate procedures to ensure product and process quality and Food Safety
+ Takes actions to assure that products, processes, facilities and systems conform to FSQA standards and governmental regulations
+ Performs daily audits of the Fresh Realm facility and grounds to monitor GMP compliance
+ Accountable for making decisions about product disposition. Implements the QA hold process including ticket closure and overseeing product disposition in a timely manner
+ Accountable for making decisions around product receipt. Perform all inbound quality inspections for goods and packaging (verifying product specifications and USDA standards to create detailed inspection reports for all receipts.)
+ Document quality/food safety monitoring information and save as per quality programs and regulatory standards by completing record keeping and ongoing verifications of records on the production floor at least twice per shift
+ Diligently maintain and follow all implemented Food Safety Programs (ex. Food Safety, GMP, Pathogen monitoring, foreign material prevention and control, Pest Control, Food Allergen Prevention and Control, calibration program, verification and validation, and others)
+ Update and maintain records collected from Food Safety and Production checks such as: HSA start-up and hourly check, GMP audit, internal audit, FSQA tickets, Customer issues and CAPAs.
+ Investigate quality and food safety issues, and escalate any issues as applicable
+ Participates in weekly internal audits to monitor processes, facilities, and quality systems. Conduct Food Safety and Quality testing for all new products being introduced to the Fresh Realm facility via the IBCR stage gate process including: shelf life testing, microbiological testing, organoleptic, and packaging integrity testing
+ Maintain records and forms from Quality Management System software

+ Certifications - HACCP training, USDA Produce Inspection Training, GFSI

+ Review testing strategies to ensure the product being released is up to industry and company standards.
+ Execute testing plans, including individual testing phases, and ensure the team meets the deadlines set forth in those plans. In order to maintain deadlines,
+ Evaluate the team throughout the life of the project to identify areas where improvement can be made.
+ Identifies risk and creates plans to mitigate it. QA Lead will hold regular team meetings to identify new risks as testing phases are completed and create new mitigation plans on the fly.
+ Improve the current processes to make them more efficient. When problems with processes are identified, leads communicate their new ideas to the different teams involved in the project, including engineers and marketing departments
+ Throughout all phases of product development, QA Lead will report progress, plans, and problems to upper management and other involved parties. Request feedback from upper management and implement the suggested changes in as efficient a way as possible
**Qualifications**

+ Minimum 1-2 years of experience within a food manufacturing environment is required'
+ 1 year in similar Quality leadership role
+ Advanced knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes, procedures and equipment
+ Must demonstrate the ability to lead the work of other employees, assign duties and manage workflow/ production for a shift or in the absence of the Department Manager
+ Ability to work routine and monotonous processes
+ Must have a good understanding of English, bilingual (Spanish) speaking skills a plus
**Experience / Education**
+ A minimum of 1 year experience working in a food manufacturing environment applying common processes, procedures and equipment. Demonstrated experience leading the work of others
+ Experience applying and enforcing routine Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) in a chilled food environment is essential
+ Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education
