Job Description
Night Replenishment Managers (NRM) are members of the store leadership team and oversees freight handling activities. NRMs supervise the freight unload, pack out, and pack down processes. NRMs communicate priorities, ensure nightly tasks are completed, and freight is moving smoothly throughout the store. This position will be expected to teach, coach, and train associates on The Home Depot policies and procedures and ensure all associates are working in a safe manner all the time. At times, NRMs may be the only Manager available and will be expected to make business and associate decisions in partnership with appropriate resources and following SOPs. NRMs will provide input to Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers on Associates performance through the ongoing performance management and talent planning discussions. Although the NRM does not have direct reports, they will participate in the selection process as needed. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions and working safely as to not endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- 25% - People - Provide in the moment coaching based on observations and behavior. Partners with Night Operations ASMs regarding formal performance conversations and discipline. Recognizes associates for demonstrating expectations. Use recognition tools (BRAVO / Homer) to highlight associates demonstrating values-based behaviors and productivity. Conduct quality walks of recently completed tasks. Walk off-shelf merchandising locations; ensure areas are set according to MAP or regional direction. Ensure associates have completed training requirements of position. Give input to Night Operations ASM on associate performance and participate in talent planning for all hourly associates. Assist SM and Night Operations ASM with associate interview and hiring process. Approve and address missed punches, variances, schedule changes, receive "call outs" and communicate with Night Operations ASM and SM regarding follow-up actions. Communicate and ensure associates adhere to store standards. Adhere to all Company policies and procedures and holds associates accountable for the same.
- 25% - Replenishment - Partner with Night Operations ASM to determine responsibilities to drive efficiencies and overnight productivity. Direct supervision of the Consistent Unload, Directed Packout, and Purge Pack down processes. Execute Quality Walks to ensure associates are completing the Packout process correctly. Ensure all trucks and trailers are received and unloaded timely and efficiently. Ensure all freight is packed out or placed in overhead quickly and efficiently. Ensure that all trash is cleaned up and the store is Grand Opening ready at the end of the shift. Prioritize and communicate messages and tasks to all associates and leaders in store.
- 25% - Safety - Ensure associates follow all safety and hazmat procedures and Safety Matters guidelines at all times. Complete specified safety training courses applicable to role and follow all prevention policies and procedures. Use Proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and guide associates on proper use. Utilize proper lifting techniques and educate store associates on these practices. Obey the required safe distances around Lift Equipment and guide other associates on the correct policies. Adhere to work rules identified in Standard Operating Procedures and inform store associates on these rules. Immediately correct unsafe conditions and offer assistance to customers who are shopping in an unsafe manner; ensure that aisles and flooring surfaces are safe. Ensure associates complete all store checklist in accordance with timing expectations. Provide input to associates, verify issue correction, and preventative action in put in place. Recognize store associates for safe behavior.
- 25% - Shared Manager On Duty - Perform Closing and MOD tasking as well as other whole store focus responsibilities. Conduct hand-off walk with the prior MOD before their shift ends; identify areas for focus or follow-up. Validate daily store priorities with ASMs and SMs. Ensure associates complete all store checklists in accordance with timing expectations. Provide input to associates, verify issue correction, and preventative action is put in place. Make sure all equipment and machines are functioning properly. Review current and upcoming events and ads to determine if any action is required; partner with appropriate DS or ASM as required.

Basic Qualifications

About the role
The Wonder Operations team is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to own strategic and cross-functional business initiatives that support the growth of our business. In this role, you will use analytical, technical, program management, strategic and operations management skills to design, plan and manage the end-to-end Wonder Supply Chain. This role will involve helping design de novo Supply Chain technology systems, creating mid/long-term strategic network design, and managing daily tactical operations of our network to drive a superior Customer Experience.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Supply Chain Operations within the DTC/eCommerce or Fresh/Food Industry. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in both analytically intensive as well as operationally heavy roles. Success in this role requires the ability to pull, manipulate, and analyze large quantities of data as well as the willingness to work tactically to address urgent and strategic on-the-ground issues.
Key Responsibilities:
•Build visibility into and establish monitoring for the health and performance of Wonder's Supply Chain network and Inventory Positions
•Manage complex supply chain problems by partnering with cross-functional teams to identify simple, customer-centric solutions
•Understand constrained environments and proactively mitigate supply chain risks, escalating issues through proper channels
•Manage and ensure all daily ordering, delivery, and receipt of product to Wonder Restaurants
•Lead and and effectively resolve of all Inventory issues by working directly with Restaurant General Managers, Suppliers, and Product/Engineering Teams
•Monitor and support resolution of all Transportation issues that may arise through day-to-day operations
•Deliver industry leading results in four core areas: Service Levels, Instock, Waste, and Supplier Performance
•Initiate new ideas, create metrics, problem solve using data, and implement strategic solutions with far-reaching influence
•Develop strong, mutually beneficial, high performance partnerships with all Vendors to ensure best-in-class Customer Experience
•Provide input to Operations Product in the design and development of key Supply Chain systems and technology platforms
•Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive standard work, alignment, and productivity optimization
The experience you have
•4+ years in Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Demand Planning, and/or Vendor Management
•2+ years of program or project management experience
•2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
•2+ Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
•Knowledge of Advanced SQL and Advanced Excel; working knowledge of R or Python is not required but is a plus
•Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitatively rigorous course of study (not required though high mathematical aptitude is crucial to succeed in the interview process);

SUMMARY:
Provide leadership of Supply Chain Management activities for the Hauppauge site to maximize favorable impact on ACIP. Supply Chain Management activities include materials planning, scheduling, inventory control, cash flow management, information flow and coordination, and asset management. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Matrix responsibilities for Production Planning's manufacturing resource-planning activities. These activities are necessary to help achieve division sales and ACIP objectives, as well as maintain 100% on-time customer deliveries. Matrix responsibilities for personnel involved with the MRP database to achieve and maintain a high degree of data accuracy, integrity, and ownership.
Accountable for division materials metrics and Standards of Performance.
Help define and implement automated systems to plan and track material flow from customers through procurement to delivery to support a supply chain management strategy.
Ensure that all the division's material management policies are consistent with the Corporation's inventory control objectives.
Facilitate corporate purchasing and materials initiatives, including common part numbers, supplier-managed inventory, consolidated purchasing agreements, supplier reduction, and supplier quality certifications.
Advise on supplier-managed inventory or supplier-based contracts with customers.
Support internal or external audit requirements relative to the planning, procurement, or inventory control functions.
Prepare and manage department budget within established guidelines.
Effectively create and sustain procurement-to-delivery material and system cost reduction programs.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or materials management required

Extensive managerial experience in state-of-the-art materials management systems, including supply chain management, cash flow and asset management, JIT, MRPII, cellular manufacturing, and with APICS/CPM certification preferred.
