Manage vendor relationships and contract deliverables, holding external partners accountable for quality, timeline, and performance commitments.
Champion process improvement , Agile best practices, and DevOps/automation where possible to modernize delivery.
Drive operational excellence by integrating project planning with enterprise Agile PMO tools and standards.
Maintain stakeholder alignment and confidence through demos, regular updates, leadership briefings, and clear documentation.
Required Qualifications10+ years of progressive experience in technical project management , with at least 5 years managing enterprise-scale data or analytics initiatives.
Strong domain expertise in data ecosystems , including data pipelines, ETL/ELT, cloud data platforms, BI/reporting tools, and data governance frameworks.
Proven success managing cross-functional and cross-regional project teams, including offshore/nearshore delivery models.
Demonstrated experience leading projects within both Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional Waterfall frameworks.
Expertise with tools like JIRA , Confluence , Smartsheet , Microsoft Project , and other Agile/PMO platforms.

Preferred QualificationsPrior experience leading projects within a Data & Analytics COE , enterprise data warehouse modernization, or BI platform rollout.
PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent project management certifications highly preferred.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years directly mission critical facilities, including but not limited to data center infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of construction, commissioning, building automation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years related to the Colocation data center industry and 2+ years of program management experience.
- Have a strong Technical and Working knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical plant and services supporting mission critical Data Center environments, including on MV & LV Distribution Switchgear, Automatic Transfer Schemes, Standby Generators, UPS, Chillers, CRACs/CRAHs, ancillary mechanical cooling systems plant, and system Automation & Monitoring.

Oracle's Health lifecycle Management team is building and operating life cycle management services that operate at high scale in a broadly distributed on premise and multi-tenant cloud environment.
Our internal customers run their businesses on premise and OCI cloud, and our mission is to provide them with lifecycle management to store and retrieve configuration, automate certificate management and role based security control.
We're looking for hands-on engineers with expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in distributed systems and highly available services. If this is you, at Oracle you can design and build innovative new systems from the ground up. An engineer at any level can have significant technical and business impact.
As a Principal Member of Technical Staff you will own the software design and development for major components Oracle Health Lifecycle Management. You should be both a rock solid coder and a distributed systems generalist, able to dive deep into any part of the stack and low level systems, as well as design broad distributed system interactions. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.
Oracle Health Lifecycle Management is a suite of services that support on premise and cloud (OCI) to perform configuration, security access and management of Oracle Health servers.

**Responsibilities**
Minimum Qualifications
+ BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
+ 5+ years of experience shipping services software
+ Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals. Working familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures
+ Strong understanding of databases, NoSQL systems, storage and distributed persistence technologies
+ Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
+ Strong Java development skills
+ Strong experience with CICD, Security & Terraform
Preferred Qualifications:
+ MS in Computer Science
+ Experience in a start-up environment
+ Experience delivering and operating large scale, highly available distributed systems
+ Strong grasp of Unix-like operating systems
+ Experience building multi-tenant, virtualized infrastructure a strong plus

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
