Job Description

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our growing team. As a Retail Sales Associate you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives the best customer service.
**What You'll Do:**
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Leading department and assisting/mentoring colleagues
- Consistently promotes company programs including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships

**Summary of the Position:**
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will broaden our existing client relationships and seek new business opportunities in a defined geography while working from our Pittsburgh offices. Successful candidates will proactively contact financial advisors to assist them in implementing TriState Capital Bank strategies, in particular, the Bank's securities-based lending products. Inside Sales Representatives act as a critical link between resources available at the corporate offices of TriState and their external sales partners towards the achievement of sales goals.
**Primary Functions of the Position:**
+ Collaborate with external sales partner / sales management in creating and implementing a business plan to expand our relationship with existing clients (financial advisors) and identify potential new clients (financial advisors)
+ Coordinate / schedule meetings and/or calls with financial advisors / staff to provide relationship management support services and assist with initial loan application completion
+ Meet all KPIs outlined for the team, which promote the overall growth of the territory
+ Take the lead on certain aspects of the business plan, while also managing the follow-up for the efforts of external sales partner, which includes meeting follow ups, presentations, conference preparations, and sales kits
+ Present all TriState's product offerings to our clients, to help them understand how we complement their business
+ Develop, implement, and maintain a drip marketing strategy to stay "Top of Mind" for lending opportunities in the region
+ Maintain a deep knowledge of product offerings and be able to conduct one on one meetings with advisors, deliver presentations, as well as conduct joint meetings with external partner in the field
**Education and Experience Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in a Finance-related discipline
+ 1-3 years of financial services experience, including previous experience in financial sales or client services with demonstrated achievement of goals
+ Experience with a CRM platform such as Salesforce
+ Experience working in a relationship driven line of business
+ Experience working with high net worth clients and top-producing advisors / agents is a plus
**Essential Skills and Abilities:**
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ General knowledge of insurance, banking, lending, and financial marketplace a plus
+ Strong prospecting and customer services skills
+ Ability to use independent judgement and critical thinking
+ Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
+ Entrepreneurial: Willingness to make independent decisions and improve processes that contribute to the territory business objectives
+ Creativity: Develops innovative ways to demonstrate to our client's best practices in implementing Tristate strategies and help them identify investment opportunities

The Convenience Sales Rep will be responsible for an estimated 300 store territory to ensure flawless execution of the business KPIs. You will deliver against our Perfect Store Execution Standards with a focus on 1) expanding distribution 2) executing shelving principles, 3) activating promotions and secondary displays, and 4) delivering against revenue growth management principles.
**Time Allocation: This is an in-market, field position.**
+ In-Store Selling - 70%
+ Drive Time - 30%
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Business Delivery** - Deliver against quarterly sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles.
+ **Territory Management:** Record all weekly activity and key customer intel in Salesforce. Assess viability of current store route list and provide timely feedback to supervisor for necessary adjustments.
+ **Sales Performance Monitoring:** Track store and account level KPIs. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
+ **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers to drive partnership. Leverage selling, negotiation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills to anticipate needs and overcome objections. Provide a high level of customer service and business solutions.
+ **Market Insights:** Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with the team to optimize sales approaches.
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse customers.
+ Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
+ Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
**Requirements:**
+ All applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and have access to the internet
+ High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
+ Previous grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience is preferred
+ Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
**Benefits and Compensation:**
This position offers a comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefit package, in addition to paid vacation, holidays, 401(k) match and Employee Assistance Program benefits. Also offered is a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program. Along with a competitive compensation package, the District Manager is also eligible to participate in an incentive program based on territory results.
The base salary for this position is $45,000. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
