Role: The primary duties of the Career Facility Planner are to lead or assist in the leading of project planning efforts with multi-disciplinary planning teams to deliver a wide range of federal planning projects, including Department of Defense (Air Force, Army, Navy and Marine Corps), US Intelligence Community or a range of federal civilian agencies. This position works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
A Facility Planner is responsible for conducting and documenting physical and functional facility analysis to assist our clients in better understanding their space needs, risks and opportunities within their current or projected facility portfolio. Work involves defining operational patterns and mission requirements and developing strategies to support the changing needs over time. A Facility Planner applies data research and interview techniques to gather and analyze data to predict future requirements.
Projects can range from medium- to larger-size master planning and facility planning efforts. Responsibilities will include planning, preparing, and developing planning recommendations, DD 1391 forms and background documentation, project validation, and corresponding documentation in compliance with all applicable Federal and DoD policies and criteria. Planning projects may also include Vision Plans, Area Development Plans and Installation Development Plans that require knowledge and application of applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) for planning.
* Planning knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of the philosophies and techniques of federal, urban, regional, military, and/or facilities planning.
* Research skills: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in research, data collection, and interviews.
* Facilitation Skills: Group facilitation skills for use with client workshops and team charrette experience.
* Critical Thinking: Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify different solutions; guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures.
* Client relations: Proven ability to develop, interface, and manage client relationships.
* Deliverable management: Manage design and/or mentor the design of overall planning documents page layouts, various charts/figures, brochures, posters, slide shows, and provision of deliverables in a variety of media formats. Graphic design skills are preferred.
* Communication Skills: Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal, to include technical writing/editing experience and a demonstrated ability to write, edit, and deliver planning content.

* Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

* Demonstrated experience in land use planning, site planning and/or site design.

* Federal planning experience.
* Skilled in the following software: Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Creative Suite applications including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Beneficial to have experience with: Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp 3D Modeling, PC Cost, and GIS.
* Candidate expected to work in a virtual hybrid environment, with approximately two days per week at the Atlanta office for team meetings and other collaboration.
* Candidate will be expected to travel to fulfill this position. Travel is usually a couple of days up to one week at a time, with some instances of two weeks at a time for international destinations.

The PM, Community Planning is responsible for management and oversight of all community start-up activities, coordinating architectural product development and maintenance, and analyzing ongoing community performance. - Manage the community start-up process from the point the land exits due diligence until the community opens for sale; e.g.,

- Community product catalog development, including architecture and red-line processes
- Model complex development (CM oversees model complex construction)
- Decorator and merchandising coordination
- Marketing material preparation
- Sales office build out
- QDH strategy execution in partnership with Sales
- Prepare and maintain Agreement of Sales documentation/exhibits; e.g., AOS, Exhibit D, Exhibit H, Exhibit L, etc.
- Collect and maintain community-related information
- Maintain Stand Alone Profs developed by Land Acquisition

The Transmission System Planning Project Manager will support a broad range of studies and other consulting services to support power delivery utilities to make decisions backed by business and engineering analysis. The Transmission System Planning Project Manager will perform transmission planning and operational studies consisting of power flow, transient stability, transfer capability, short-circuit, electromagnetic, reliability, and economic dispatch associated with congestion management scenarios.
The project manager will be required to work with numerous entities in the industry including investor-owned electric utilities, municipal electric utilities, electric cooperatives, and independent transmission providers. This project manager will be a seller-doer, conducting sales and marketing activities and executing projects. The project manager will spend time directly engaged with clients to identify new work, prepare proposals, establish study objectives, formulate project approaches, and manage/oversee a team of consultants/engineers to meet the study objectives and provide the client with useful and actionable deliverables.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical engineering preferred, or related field from an ABET-accredited curriculum. Advanced degree is a plus such as an MBA, Masters in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, or Ph.D.
+ Minimum 5 years of related experience with a broad range of transmission system studies, including 3 or more years managing engineering projects.
+ Deep and broad base of knowledge regarding electric transmission systems and transmission system planning processes.

The Utility Investment Planning Project manager will utilize extensive knowledge in electrical transmission and distribution systems to develop long-range investment plans for projects supporting electric utilities. The project manager will support a broad range of studies and other consulting services around aging infrastructure, system resilience and reliability, and electrification. The studies will provide a holistic and integrated review of the system and provide financially justifiable long-term investment portfolios helping the electric industry with challenges associated with integrating renewables and electrification into the system.
The project manager will develop engineering, statistical, and financial models to assess the risks of equipment failure within the transmission and distribution system to determine capital improvements for mitigating the identified risks. The project manager will be required to work with numerous entities in the industry including investor-owned electric utilities, municipal electric utilities, and electric cooperatives. This project manager will be a seller-doer, conducting sales and marketing activities and executing projects. The project manager will spend time directly engaged with clients to identify new work, prepare proposals, establish study objectives, formulate project approaches, and manage/oversee a team of consultants/engineers to meet the study objectives and provide the client with useful and actionable deliverables.
Responsibilities:
The project manager is responsible for, and manages, all aspects of projects from business development, scope, and fee development, staffing plan development, project oversight and execution, quality management, and financial performance responsibilities. The project manager will support and lead both on-the-job and classroom training efforts for less experienced team members. Key responsibilities will include:
+ Business development: Develop new, and manage existing, client relationships through client marketing and project interactions; identify new sales opportunities with clients; lead all aspects of proposal development and submission including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling; establish critical project objectives and performances with the client; lead contract preparation and negotiations.

**Qualifications**

The Corporate Audit Services Audit Project Manager (Auditor-in-Charge) is primarily responsible for supervising staff in the completion of capital planning audit engagements with minimal supervision from managers, however there are no direct reports. The Audit Project Manager is expected to monitor progress of audit engagements against plan and schedule, assess work performed by the audit engagement team, and provide coaching and on-the-job training for team members to ensure engagements are completed in conformance with internal audit policies and procedures.
Duties
Supervising audit staff in the completion of audit engagements, ensuring the highest quality work delivered timely. Supervision includes:
+ Assessing work performed by staff by providing coaching notes that are relevant to the scope, accuracy and completeness of work performed.
+ Performing sufficient reviews to ensure work contains relevant facts to support audit scope and conclusions and adhere to internal audit policies and procedures.
+ Reviewing issues to ensure potential exposures and significance are included, root causes are identified, and operationally effective and cost-effective actions to address those causes are developed into appropriate recommendations.
Completing or assisting managers in planning audit engagements. Includes identifying and analyzing business processes, key risks and critical controls; interviewing auditees; determining audit scope; evaluating control design adequacy; and developing audit programs which provide sufficient guidance for testing control performance effectiveness and making evaluations which effectively achieve audit objectives. Assisting the managers in reporting and wrap-up phases of audits. Includes appropriate disposition of issues and drafting audit reports which include issues. Monitoring progress of audit engagements against plan and schedule. Includes making necessary adjustments and promptly completing work paper reviews on a timely basis to ensure all issues are identified and dispositioned prior to report draft issuance. Providing on-the-job training for staff. Includes business knowledge of products, services, and delivery systems; company policies and procedures; applicable laws and regulations; and formal/informal control frameworks. Collaborating across the three lines of defense regarding business processes, risks, and controls. Coordinating audit activities by integrating other internal audit subject matter teams (Information Technology, Enterprise Risk Management, Model, Treasury, etc.) to ensure appropriate and efficient coverage of the business products, services and processes. Managing the team's workload to assist other audit teams when resources are needed for areas of higher risk. Performing other duties as requested by management.
Basic Qualifications
