* Assist in dosimetry and treatment planning processes.
* Stay up-to-date and consistently apply all clinical standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Record and maintain customized documentation.
* Assist with verification of benefits (VOBs) in coordination with SkinCure Oncology Support Team and our practice partners.
* Maintain quality assurance and quality control.
* Manage clinical schedule to meet the needs of the practice partner.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Participate in GentleCure by SCO education and outreach initiatives.
* Act as a liaison between GentleCure by SkinCure Oncology and the practice partner.

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the accurate delivery of specific prescribed radiation treatment procedures using both photon and electron beams. Major functions include performance of simulation procedures dosimetry calculations and delivery of ionizing radiation
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

Must possess and maintain a current Therapeutic Radiology license issued by the state of California.

Must possess and maintain a current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) certificate.

Must possess and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.

Demonstrated skill in the use of knowledge of radiation therapy equipment i.e. linear accelerators simulators dosimetry and block cutting.
Preferred Qualifications:

3 years supervisory experience in radiation oncology.

Communicate effectively both orally and in writing to diverse groups and individuals.

Plan organize and control the work of others.

Delegate responsibilities effectively.

Exercise good judgment and tact in providing strong leadership guidance and assistance.

Knowledge of state and federal regulations and JCAHO standards.
Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. Join a rapidly growing team dedicated to transforming the treatment of non-melanoma skin cancer through non-invasive solutions. We're seeking a board-certified Radiation Therapist to deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care using image-guided superficial radiation therapy (IG-SRT) directly within dermatology practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver image-guided superficial radiation therapy (IG-SRT) treatments according to prescribed protocols
- Participate in dosimetry and treatment planning processes
- Maintain adherence to clinical standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Accurately record and manage treatment documentation
