What You’ll Do
  • Lead day-to-day project management of large-scale civil construction projects, including underground utilities, roadwork, site development, and restoration

  • Interface with clients, inspectors, engineers, and vendors to keep all parties aligned and accountable

Job Summary:

The Lead Cook is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of culinary services for our Members and guests. This Employee maintains consistent food preparation and plate presentation for a la carte venues and catered events.

Day-to-Day:
  • Responsible for set-up and execution of daily prep and organization of individual daily workstations.
