Major Contracting Group is seeking a driven and experienced Lead Civil Project Manager to join our leadership team and help manage and deliver high-impact infrastructure and utility projects across the Detroit region.

What You’ll DoLead day-to-day project management of large-scale civil construction projects, including underground utilities, roadwork, site development, and restoration
Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and crews to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Interface with clients, inspectors, engineers, and vendors to keep all parties aligned and accountable
Oversee cost tracking, change orders, forecasting, and invoicing
Mentor and supervise assistant project managers and field teams
Work directly with company leadership to improve processes, identify opportunities, and help grow the business
5+ years of civil construction project management experience (10+ preferred)
Strong background in underground utilities, roadway construction, and municipal/public works
Proven ability to manage multiple crews and large self-perform scopes
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with union labor coordination is a plus
Proficiency with project management tools, cost tracking, and scheduling software
Lead impactful projects with autonomy and support
Work with a team that prioritizes safety, integrity, and quality

The Lead IT Project Manager acts, in accordance with PMI standards, as the principle project manager for large and / or complex IT programs and projects. The primary roles and responsibilities include the activities required to plan, execute and deliver all relevant aspects of the assigned IT programs or projects. These aspects include project scope, deliverables, timing and costs, as well as successfully managing and mitigating project issues and risks. Job Summary:
The Lead Cook is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of culinary services for our Members and guests. This Employee maintains consistent food preparation and plate presentation for a la carte venues and catered events.
Day-to-Day:
