Position Summary

Candidates should have a proven track record in executive-level B2B sales. Our New Business Development Director will engage with developers, condo board members, property managers, and project managers to position NFC as the preferred provider of concierge, fitness, spa, and social programming services. Responsibilities include prospecting, sales calls, emails, site visits, trade shows, and industry events. We provide comprehensive training and support materials, including presentation collateral.

Experience
  • At least 2+ years of successful sales experience required.
  • Experience in property management or real estate sales is a plus.
  • Helpful but not required: experience in concierge, front desk management in luxury high-rise buildings, fitness sales or management, property management, condo board liaison, real estate development marketing, or high-end service sales.
Compensation
  • Full-time position with a base salary of $80,000 annually.
  • Bonuses and commissions can total up to $200,000 per year.
  • Includes full medical/dental benefits and paid time off.

As a Market and Product Expansion Associate in Cross Currency Payments, you support the testing of regulatory requirements for our products. As an emerging member of the Market and Product Expansion team, you gain skills and experience to grow within your role while working across the organization to enable the product and market strategy.

Job responsibilities

  • Researches and analyzes market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior to identify opportunities for product improvements
  • Assists in the development of collateral tailored to specific markets
  • Coordinate and prioritize product feedback via input from Clients, Product Solutions Specialists, and Sales
  • Assist in maintaining, and developing a sales friendly product roadmap that enable sales to successfully understand and commercialize our product offering
  • Develop keep relationships across stakeholders regionally and globally to allow for coordinated execution across multiple geographies
  • Understands and follows the defined regulatory testing procedures to confirm our products meet regulatory requirements prior to release
  • Follows and assists with the development of the product's risk and compliance model
  • Identifies inefficiencies in regulatory testing processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management
  • An effective collaborator and engaging communicator with the ability to align various cross functional stakeholders
  • Experience with the commercialization of new products; support readiness, marketing collateral, pilots
  • Emerging knowledge of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and organization skills; a self starter
  • Methodical and attention to detail
