What you will do:

  • Negotiate with customers and vendors to obtain orders, meet schedules, enhance profitability, and ensure that each customer uses OneSource as their primary source of material
  • Promote and sell the people, products, and services of OneSource
  • Tailor a business plan that is appropriate to each customer's business potential and market needs.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent call schedule based upon the profitability and future potential of assigned accounts
  • Implement an effective pricing plan tailored to each customer
  • Coordinate and plan with the Account Representative and all other specialists to ensure the customer is receiving the information and services needed in a timely fashion
  • Resolve customer disputes concerning delivery, vendors, pricing, and returns in a timely manner
  • Coordinate the efforts of the Credit department by obtaining the accounts receivable goals of the organization
  • Prospect for new accounts as applicable
  • Introduce and demonstrate new products to accounts
  • Develop strong supplier relationships
  • Analyze changes in market conditions as they apply to the territory
  • Develop good working relationships with all specialists and support personnel

What you will bring:

  • Electrical,Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University; or
  • 5 - 7 years of related experience and/or training; or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Location: This role is based in Sacramento, CA

Work hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Salary Range:

  • This is an exempt position that pays an annual base salary of $55,000.00 - $100,000.00. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. In addition to the base salary, this role offers a competitive commission plan.
