This role will serve as the lead of procurement of all operational supplies and equipment for Exclusive Resorts’ portfolio of luxury residences. While continuously optimizing our existing purchasing standards and procedures, this person will work to identify improvement opportunities in product selection, vendor management, order deployment and cost savings. This will be a cross-functional role working both internally and externally, providing opportunities to collaborate with multiple key stakeholders. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Initiate and oversee the procurement of operating supplies for the club’s residence portfolio Lead strategic initiatives related to the Club’s operational procurement process and product selection Manage key supplier relationships including day-to-day oversight, term and contract negotiations, supplier performance and cost management Regularly conduct market analyses and obtain competitive bids Negotiate and execute bulk purchasing strategies to maximize volume pricing discounts Manage order fulfillment and delivery schedules Manage transportation and delivery logistics Source and work with freight forwarders and customs brokers for international supply deployment Work with team leadership to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and new products Manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of products from vendors Maintain comprehensive understanding of industry trends, new product releases and key industry players Liaise with the marketing team to identify and source branding product opportunities Work with the accounting and finance teams to ensure the effective and efficient use of Club budgetary resources Special requests and ad hoc projects as requested or needed by the business EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: Knowledge necessary to perform at this level is generally acquired through a related Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 or more years’ experience in purchasing or operations management Demonstrated track record of orchestrating significant cost savings in an organization Demonstrated success in evaluating and implementing process improvements start to finish Self-starter with the ability to initiate learning from various stakeholders Strong negotiation skills combined with ability to follow through Strong international Purchasing/Buying experience Must be comfortable navigating complex relationships to hold stakeholders accountable Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders Exceptional, expedient and dynamic problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in functioning in a multi-tasking environment Strong negotiation skills with a firm understanding of the hospitality operating supply market Positive approach to problem solving and strategy development #J-18808-Ljbffr

**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's Supply Chain is responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.
This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Tra?c in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.

- Prepares, analyzes, and issues detailed production schedules and status reports in line with TE Connectivity's and customers' timelines.
- Creates job orders in the business system based on the schedule and prioritizes for production optimization.
- Generates purchase orders in the business system as per the production schedule.
- Coordinates with Materials, Engineering, and Production teams to expedite production and meet customer needs.
- Assists in the oversight and maintenance of internal Kanban systems.
- Follows safety guidelines (PPE, etc.) and demonstrates safe work practices.
- Adheres to safety and quality standards (goals and metrics) in a team environment.

**What your background should look like:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or a minimum of two years' experience in a related manufacturing or manufacturing support environment required.
+ No less than two years' experience with inventory control or APICS certification preferred.
+ Extensive computer experience working with MS Office; strong Excel skills are required. Proficiency with MS Outlook as well as with an ERP software is required.
+ Ability to pay attention to details and possess strong organizational skills.
+ Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing strongly preferred.
+ Demonstrated ability to work in a team and possess a positive communication style.
+ Possess strong, independent problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to speak, read and write in English fluently.

Load Planners coordinate all processes and functions of freight movement and customer service. Load Planners process customer orders, plan & optimize shipments into loads using Transportation Manager System, tender freight to third-party carriers, update the Transportation Manager System with current shipment information and respond to internal and external customer inquiries. **Major Responsibilities:**
- Load-building - Adding shipments to a load, rating a load, securing carrier coverage and appointment setting. Monitoring and resolving MCP email messages. Identify shipping opportunities for improved performance such as: truckload multi-stops, consolidated shipments, etc.
- Provide excellent Customer Service to assigned account(s)

As an Automated Logistical Specialist in the Army National Guard, you will maximize your organizational skills and learn the ins and outs of supply chain management. From storage and distribution to warehouse management, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and perform specific functions in order to maintain equipment records and parts.

Major duties include: establishing and maintaining records (stock lists, inventory, material control, etc.), maintaining stock locator system and administering document control procedures, processing requests and turn-in documents, performing prescribed load-list and shop-stock list duties in manual and automated supply applications, and operating material-handling equipment.
