About the Job
The Process Engineer evaluates customer products and specifications to develop manufacturing plans and ensure products are produced according to customer needs. This role requires strong design and manufacturing expertise, as well as an understanding of equipment costs for evaluation purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of processing, including:
- Process development
- System layout
- Process verification
- Product/process change impact assessments
- Cycle time analysis
- Ergonomic evaluations
- Joining requirements (welding, SPR, TOX, etc.)
- Staging and equipment selection/validation
- Spare parts planning
- Documentation and manuals
- Quoting, estimating, and progress reporting
- Interpret automotive product drawings and manufacturing specifications
- Ensure ergonomic considerations are incorporated in proposed processes
- Use PC-based software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Collaborate with Throughput Simulation and Robot Simulation Operators to verify process viability
- Adhere to safety and environmental regulations at both KUKA and customer facilities
- Comply with the Quality System and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Perform other departmental duties as needed
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
Education:
- Associate degree from a two-year college, university, or technical school
- OR 1-5 years of related experience and/or training
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Language Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, schematic drawings, and manuals
- Able to write reports, correspondence, and lesson plans
- Strong verbal communication skills for presentations and training
- Mathematical Skills:
- Apply advanced math concepts (exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, etc.)
- Use statistical methods (e.g., variance analysis, correlation, sampling theory)
- Reasoning Ability:
- Define problems, gather data, and draw logical conclusions
- Interpret technical instructions and manage abstract/concrete variables
- Regular use of hands, talking, and hearing

You will be responsible for delivering payroll tax services for clients. You will need to deliver the following activities to the highest standards of client service with impeccable levels of accuracy:
+ Configuration of payroll wage codes for the accurate application of employer and employee taxes and social security
+ Analysis of payroll tax notices
+ Preparation of Powers of Attorney
+ Liaison with Federal and State Agencies
+ Registration of employers for payroll taxes
+ Preparation and filing of payroll tax returns

+ Perform regular audits to identify and resolve compliance issues, avoiding delays in filings and monitoring penalties/notices
+ Work in partnership with clients to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll tax liabilities
+ Reconcile federal and state withholding taxes and unemployment taxes monthly, quarterly, and annually
+ Apply for identification numbers, such as FEIN and SUI, when entering new jurisdictions

+ Ensure proper setup and maintenance of local withholding codes for employers and employees in the Deloitte payroll tax system
+ Good knowledge on Tax State/SUI agency portals
+ Perform quarterly reconciliation and data analysis
+ Reconcile payroll taxes at the employee level
+ Tax Adjustment & Amendment knowledge
+ Play a lead role in Year-End processing for accurate W-2
+ Communicate directly with internal/external customers regarding tax inquiries
+ Research and payroll tax inquires
+ Ensure that all tax related updates in the payroll system are fully reviewed and understood
+ Perform internal audits as requested
+ Identify and resolve issues as well as drive change for related improvements
+ Setting up the required operating protocols for the service offering
Qualifications
Required:
+ Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week
+ 3+ years of experience in payroll tax processing, preferably in a multi-state US environment
+ Bachelor's degree in economics, human resources, international business, finance, accounting, or other liberal arts majors
+ One of the following active accreditations obtained, in process, or willing and able to obtain:
+ Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
+ If not CPA eligible:
+ Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
+ Enrolled Agent
+ Juris Doctor (JD)
+ Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
+ Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paycom) and Microsoft Excel.
+ An aptitude for working as part of dynamic team with diverse members
+ Ability to prioritize tasks, work and manage multiple assignments in a team environment

Job Description
Responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and programs of GMS for all employees. Audit GMS process site wide and relay all findings to Safety Director. Cascade implementation needs to employees and perform hands on training.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Provide visible, high-energy service. Demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent guest service skills and be a team player.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver resort-wide GMS training.
- Complete hands-on training
- Complete Layered Audits with TL/GL
- Complete follow up evaluations from audits with POM/CL and TL/GL
- Complete Quarterly GMS Calibration site wide
- Produce and maintain a training calendar.
- Coordinate the team leader onboarding/offboarding process along with qualification standards.
- Communicate and execute relevant workshops and schedules to managers, online, and in person.
- Design, plan and present staff orientations.
- Administer employee recognition programs including delete and assist in planning staff parties.
- Prepare a variety of reports, service scorecards and measurements around GMS process.
- Create and maintain training books and audio-visual training aids.
- Present Monthly GMS Basketweaves with each building
- Know and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies and energy.
- Report to work on time and in complete uniform.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in education, business management, or other relevant discipline plus one to three years business and resort experience or a combinations of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills were acquired.
+ Previous guest service and/or training or teaching experience desirable.
+ Superior communication, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills.
+ Confident and assertive enough to provide on the spot service training.
+ Must be computer literate; proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite.
+ Must be highly organized and have great attention to detail.
