Job Summary

Quality Assurance Logistics Manager leads the functions of Operations product quality assurance and inspection, to include Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance Returns/ Decontamination, and Servicing. Roles/Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

  • Support the planning, development, and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of an approved Quality Manual in compliance with the contract Statement of Work (SOW) and QMS standards.

  • Manage incident reporting and investigation; assist in corrective action planning and implementation.
  • Conduct workplace inspections, assessments, and maintain related records.
  • Develop strategies to improve overall site safety and promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Follow injury management procedures and coordinate treatment with local medical facilities and site safety leadership.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide guidance to site management on corrective actions.

Required Skills and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality and/or safety program administration.
  • Knowledge of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and occupational safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
  • Experience with audit processes, technical inspections, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Join the Pharmacy Central Fill team located in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior QA Engineer capable of leading testing efforts and executing functional, regression, and performance testing. Preferred candidates will have a strong understanding of deployment processes and analytical skills to identify and test changes delivered by software vendors. This position is in Jacksonville and may require limited travel, daytime or overnight, to other facilities within Florida to work with the Technology team in Lakeland, FL or participate in functional validation with automation equipment in Orlando as part of the deployment process. This is a hybrid position requiring 8 full days per month on-site in Jacksonville, FL. Full days means working in the office for 8-9 hours. This is a fixed requirement, and it remains applicable even if you take vacation, are sick, or have other commitments. The team also supports software release installations. These typically occur 2 to 3 times a year. These installations are onsite in Jacksonville and usually take place on Friday nights and extend into Saturday, with potential coverage required on Sundays. Given the testing and complexity of these installations, we require everyone on the team to participate. Additionally, occasional trips to Orlando and Lakeland are required, 1-3 trips per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Work on small to large project efforts on enterprise-level applications

Participate in requirements and design meetings to establish test effort estimate

Manage test cases within HP ALM/Quality Center

Build test data as necessary in preparation for automated or manual tests

Participate in load and performance test efforts
