Empath Health is seeking a Cloud Solutions Administrator to join our team!

The primary duties of the Cloud Solutions Administrator include the design, implementation, and upkeep of cloud solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies. This role encompasses the management and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, adherence to security and data protection policies, and the administration of user identities and access.

Cloud Solutions Administrator:

  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure
  • Migrate, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructures
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies
  • Manage user identities and access using Azure Active Directory
  • Implement and manage device management policies using InTune
  • Implement and manage data governance policies using Microsoft Purview
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based solutions with existing systems
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in cloud technology and make recommendations for improvements
  • Support and test production devices, including after-hours support and monitoring server usage and security status
  • Help implement hardware upgrades, patches, server upgrades, and new secure configurations
Experience Required:
  • Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft technologies
  • Managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure
  • Ensuring compliance with security and data protection policies
  • Managing identity and access management using Azure Active Directory
  • Implementing and managing device compliance and management policies using InTune
  • Implementing and managing data governance policies using Microsoft Purview
  • Collaborating across boundaries to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based solutions with existing systems
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft technologies, with a focus on Microsoft Azure Cloud
  • Strong foundation in automation, service delivery, and cloud technology
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with a focus on automation for repeated tasks
  • Attention to detail and understanding of best practices related to customer service
  • Background in technical consulting or system architecture is preferred
  • Experience with keeping up to date with the latest developments in cloud technology and making recommendations for improvements
  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure is a plus

Overview: The Senior Infrastructure Engineer (hardware-focused) will manage and maintain on-premises servers and storage while supporting virtualization and OS platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Hardware Lifecycle Management: Install, configure, and maintain enterprise servers and storage (Cisco UCS, HPE/Dell blade/rack servers; EMC/HPE/NetApp SAN and NAS). Perform firmware/BIOS updates, and capacity planning to prevent failures. Plan and execute hardware refreshes or decommissions, documenting changes and coordinating replacements or RMAs with vendors.

  • Infrastructure Upgrades & Migrations: Design, coordinate, and document infrastructure upgrade and migration projects (new hardware deployments, data migrations). Provide hands-on support during rollouts, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.

  • Virtualization & OS Administration: Deploy and troubleshoot virtual machines and hosts on VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V. Administer core Linux and Windows Server environments (deployment, configuration, patching, troubleshooting) to support application and infrastructure services.

  • Monitoring & Automation: Implement and maintain monitoring tools (e.g. Cisco Intersight, SCOM, PRTG) to track hardware health, capacity, and performance. Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) and standard operating procedures to streamline routine tasks (updates, reporting, provisioning).

Required Qualifications

Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a dedicated Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Broadcom, VMWare and Omnissa Horizon systems to join our team on the Starburst Program. The Infrastructure Engineer will configure, manage and maintain the physical and virtual infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

  • Perform required maintenance operations of several VMware virtual infrastructure in accordance with established schedules and best practices. May require off hour support.
  • Implement and maintain ESXi, VM, and vCenter DISA STIGs.
  • Install, configure and integrate servers associated with a VMware virtual infrastructure.
  • Create and Maintain Golden images to be used in the deployment and recompose of Horizon desktop pools.
  • Management of zero client hardware using PCoIP and/or Blast to connect to Horizon environment.
  • Monitoring of F5 environment servicing Horizon to end users.
  • Performing backups, troubleshooting and problem resolution for servers associated with a VMware virtual infrastructure.
  • Build highly available server clusters in a vSphere environment.
  • Build and configuring virtual networks.
  • Document, test and implement virtual services and devices.
  • Assess and evaluate current virtual computing infrastructure and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or CISSP preferred) is required on day 1.
  • Must have experience deploying and troubleshooting the Omnissa Infrastructure, experience deploying and troubleshooting on premises Broadcomm VmWare Enterprise.
  • Must be proficient in estimating time to complete tasks and meet those timelines, have experience in multi-site data replication for virtual deployments, and a strong understanding and knowledge of computer, network, and security systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

YOUR DAY-DAY WILL INCLUDE:

  • This person will work in a project team setting and support the designers and engineers with development of AutoCAD drawing files.
  • Manage project assignments and coordinates with other CAD staff.
  • Produce plans, profiles, cross-sections, elevations, structure sections, construction details, references, and perspective drawings.
  • Manage CAD drawing files for production, deliverables and archiving.
  • Prepare drawings for various members of the project team.
  • Coordinate with others outside of the project team as necessary for project development.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • High school diploma or GED and college level CAD classes.
  • 10 + years of experience using Autocad 2022 (or newer)
  • Must be methodical, precise, and consistent but enjoys some variety in work schedule and can tolerate change.
  • Enjoys working alone when required but can work effectively on a project team.
  • Good technical design skills required.

We are currently looking for professionals for our Cloud & Infrastructure Security practice with extensive experience in the following:
The Work
Security and Risk professionals develop and deliver solutions that protect enterprise systems, applications and data by establishing policies, practices and tools that prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or disruption. A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
+ Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
+ Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
+ Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
+ Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
+ Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
+ Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
We are currently looking for Senior Managers for our Security practice with extensive experience in cloud security strategy, architecture, implementation and operations for client sales and delivery projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
+ Help develop, foster and sell network security projects
+ Drive the development and upskill of junior resources
+ Design and deliver network security and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) offerings and solutions for clients as well as the following: Support the delivery of Accenture's security offerings related to cloud security, including security governance (security policies and procedures), security strategy (security planning), risk (risk assessments and management), cloud data protection (classification, encryption, tokenization), cloud-based identity and access management, technology/provider-specific cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Softlayer, VMware) and monitoring/analytics for and in the cloud
+ Ability to interpret relevance of security controls to relevant compliance with legal, best-practice, and regulatory requirements for cloud environments.
+ Developing and presenting at industry conferences as an expert in the Cloud Security field
+ Lead the growth, development and support junior cloud security resources
+ Understand engagements, business drivers and security enablement opportunities as it relates to our client's business
+ Demonstrate ability to lead and manage business development / proposal efforts
+ Business development responsibilities around cloud & network security including origination, capture and relationship development
+ Ability to translate technical cloud security requirements into business terms for executive stakeholders
+ Conduct cloud and infrastructure security strategy, readiness and discovery assessments; be familiar with cloud security frameworks, compliance requirements and security operations
+ Deliver services that meet Accenture Project quality specifications
+ Ability to take initiative to communicate, interact, and collaborate with others to ensure that all aspects of a task are addressed
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years' experience with Palo Alto Network, Zscaler, Fortinet, Cisco, Netskope (SASE, Firewalls, and/or Edge
- Minimum 6 years Hands on experience and knowledge with network security concepts and architectures around Zero Trust and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), macro/micro-segmentation (Illumio, Guardicore)
- Minimum of 6 years managing projects using a standardized set of project management principles
- Minimum of 6 years of technical writing and report generation
- Minimum of 6 years of managing teams of 5 or more resources
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Cloud & Network Security vendors
- Minimum 5 years' experience Enterprise IT security risk assessments and related frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000 series, NIST 800 Series, COBIT, IT General Controls, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years' experience conceptual knowledge of the following regulations: PCI, Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, GLBA, FISMA
- Minimum 5 years' Experience with multiple, simultaneous vendor management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Security Testing (e.g., penetration testing, web application security assessments, vulnerability assessments and technical security assessments
- Experience in Identity and Access Management
- Experience in Infrastructure & Cloud Security (virtualized environments a plus)
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with application development
