**What you'll do:**
This role will lead the key Supply Chain related functions including materials planning, scheduling, and ordering activities associated with the delivery of specific customer products, direct and indirect material purchasing, direct source material, inventory control, cycle count, and warehousing.
In this function you will:
+ Manage and direct supply chain personnel in the planning, scheduling, procurement, and inventory control of material to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while maintaining assigned inventory levels. Work with corporate commodity teams on supplier performance and cost out programs.
+ Serve as member of the plant's senior management team and provides leadership and support for all local, division and corporate initiatives and objectives.
+ Manages current and future demand requirements with manufacturing and supplier capabilities/capacities to ensure completion of customer requirements.
+ Responsible for implementing and maintaining the plant's SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) Process. Analyzes data, including enterprise requirements planning information and prepares consolidated managerial reports and recommend actions to facilitate optimal Supply Chain execution.
+ Develop and perform deep analysis of SAP system health/settings to ensure effective collaboration with external suppliers on purchasing and planning and forecasting.
+ Utilize continuous improvement framework, lean concepts, and problem-solving tools to design and improve the performance of the extended supply chain function.
+ Meet or exceed key metrics of days on hand, gross inventory, plant and supplier on-time delivery, days payable outstanding, cost savings, cycle count accuracy, supplier invoice on-hold metrics, and profit plan/budget forecasts. Manages inventory levels to meet established inventory & Day-on-Hand targets.
+ Ensure the accuracy of physical inventory to assure the timely fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining inventory levels that are beneficial to the overall operation of the company.

**Qualifications:**

This position will serve as the Supply Chain leader for the LCS (Labware, Clinical and Storage) business, supporting a global scope. LCS is part of the Laboratory Plastics Essentials (LPE) Division.
**How you will make an impact:**
As the Director of Supply Chain for the LCS Business, you will be responsible for End-to-End Supply Chain management, leading the planning function globally, including production planning, detailed scheduling, materials planning, distribution requirement planning, manufacturing site's warehousing and customer and channels supply chain collaboration. This position works closely with Product Management, Commercial, Procurement, Distribution & Logistics and Operations teams to provide excellent service to our customers and support revenue generation and profitability growth.
In this role, you will balance supply and demand, optimize inventory and drive productivity to ensure excellent customer experience at an optimal cost, using SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) process and cross functional collaboration, to deliver the annual business objectives. In addition, you will lead the development and deployment of the overall supply chain strategy, with accountability for year-over-year improvements in Customer Allegiance Score (CAS) for Order Fulfillment, Product availability (LIFR/OTIF/OTTP), Lead times and inventory days of supply (DOS).

- Lead a team of Supply Chain Managers, Planners and warehouse professionals in global locations.
- Implement the Supply Chain Strategy in support of the Business STRAP.
- Lead the monthly Sales, Operations, and Inventory Planning process for LCS Supply Chains
- Continuously monitor and optimize critical supply chain metrics to act as early indicators of

- Drive a standard inventory planning approach to achieve DOS inventory targets.

**Education** :
A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or other business management subject area or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
**Experience** :
- 10+ years of relevant supply chain experience, with at least 7 years of people leadership and management experience. Specific experience in Distribution, Production and Materials Planning.
**Preferred qualifications include:**
- APICS certification (i.e. CPIM, CSCP).
- Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Certification.

Required:

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Available to quickly respond and resolve critical service outages severely impacting consumers
+ Establish performance baseline, capacity thresholds, correlate events, and define monitoring/alerting criteria

+ Provide impact assessment and mitigation plan for changes going into the production environment
