Are you interested in what happens behind the scenes in marketing? Do you enjoy working with databases and would like to use your computer savvy? If so, Marketing Communications is looking for temporary - data entry staff members for the upcoming Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
The position is office based and will require employees to come into the office Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. This assignment will begin in August 2025 and end late November/early December 2025.
This role is $17.50/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Daily sorting and processing of business reply card responses into the database.
- Digitally requesting literature for fulfillment.
- Database entry of any/all seminar responses into the CRM.
- Scanning of completed work into digital image portal.
- Using assigned reporting to assist with database integrity.
- Reviewing existing records and making corrections as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Accurately verify and edit data in communication with data management
- Report all coding errors or problems with computer entry
- Timely and accurate completion of electronic data entry into multiple UPMC databases and various software programs
(i.e. Microsoft Excel)
