We are hiring a Growth Manager to drive feature launches, go-to-market, and product marketing. You will work closely with the product, engineering, design, and brand teams to bring to life new features.
Responsibilities- Productize our feature launch process that clearly and effectively reaches our audience and drives adoption
- Develop a deep understanding of Perplexity’s key user segments and the most effective channels to
- Collaborate closely with our product, brand, business, and communications teams to create the defining category of knowledge discovery
- Obsess over every user communication, key positioning statement, and marketing copy to make Perplexity accessible to non-technical and new-to-AI audiences.
- Lead vertical campaigns to bring specific use cases to life — from cooking to coding.
- 5+ years of experience working at a fast-paced consumer technology company

The cash compensation range for this role is $70,000 - 210,000.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

The Growth Marketing team at Figma is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Campaigns to lead the development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns across Paid and Lifecycle channels. What you'll do at Figma:

- Own campaign planning from brief to launch-ensuring alignment across channel leads, content, and creative partners
- Lead integrated campaign development that maps to the customer journey and drives both awareness and conversion
- Ensure audience targeting and creative outputs are consistent with the campaign objective and tailored by funnel stage
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, acting as the primary point of contact for PMM, Creative, Analytics, and Regional teams

- Manage the Paid & Lifecycle sprint process, including weekly planning, deliverable tracking, and retrospectives

RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Bing, etc. Own ad operations including targeting, creative uploads, conversion tracking, and budget pacing Build and present performance reports, partnering with Marketing Ops to ensure accurate data pipelines, revenue attribution, and actionable insights Collaborate cross-functionally with the Demand Generation, Content, Creative, and Sales teams to bring the digital advertising components of integrated campaigns to life—ensuring alignment across channels and execution against campaign goals Stay up to date on channel best practices, experimenting with new formats and strategies Partner with the SDR team to align on lead follow-up, optimize conversion workflows, and support opportunity creation. QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience running digital advertising, ideally in B2B SaaS Deep understanding of advertising across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Google, and Bing) Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools Experience with marketing tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar platforms Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Enthusiasm for testing, learning, and iterating quickly Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Cresta’s digital marketing program is still in its early stages — we’re just beginning to scale our Google and LinkedIn advertising and are launching new programs like Bing.
