Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.

• Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience.

• Meet the following tractor requirements:

• Truck(s) must be 2011 or newer.

• Truck(s) need to pass a DOT inspection.

• Engine(s) must meet EPA10 emissions requirements.

• Truck(s) need a functioning Collision Mitigation System.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 23 years old with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• 1 year of OTR/regional verifiable experience in the last 3 years, or similar driving experience

Equipment Requirements for Tractors:

• No age restrictions for tractors
• For open deck, a headache rack on the tractor with chains, straps, and ratchets is required (speak to a recruiter for specifics)

Flatbed/Open Deck Qualifications:

• Must have 6 months of open deck experience in the last 2 years OR
• If you have 6 months flatbed experience more than 2 years ago but less than 10 years ago, you can qualify by attending a load securement awareness program during orientation
