PS Companies is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) for an opening based in Wausau, WI. This is a full time 13 week travel contract position
Shift Requirements: Variable day shifts. 630-1500 daily shift
On Call/Call-Back: On Call/Call-Back: 1 night of call per week, 3 weekends per month, 1 back up per week. Could on occasion need additional call.
RNFA will do the full array of on and off pump CABG, valve replacements, and some robotics cases. Facility used DaVinci. Endovascular vein harvesting experience needed,.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Active WI or Compact License.
3+ years of RNFA experience in the CVOR
RNFA certification
Trauma Level II experience
BLS (AHA) Certification
Ability to clear a drug screen/background check.
