Pay: $20.87 - $7.13 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

Summary:
Operates and maintains the physical facilities, equipment, systems and utilities as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Operates and maintains equipment, facilities and systems as needed and/or as assigned to ensure a safe environment of care. Accurately records and reports work performed. Adheres to trade practices and codes.

Accesses roof areas, basements, equipment rooms, tunnels, crawl spaces and other minimally accessible areas on a regular basis. Responds to facility emergencies to ensure minimal disruption to patient care and to minimize facility damage. May include emergency duties such as fire control or flooding.

Performs general industrial maintenance including installation of appropriate equipment and devices to ensure proper operation, some being specific to the healthcare environment. Maintenance can include service and/or repair work on plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, motors, pumps, electrical systems, pneumatic tube systems, lighting, flooring, window coverings, walls and other systems.

Obtains and delivers supplies and materials. Performs custodial services in facilities areas on a daily basis. Performs snow removal as needed. Assists with moving equipment.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Relevant licensure/certification as determined at position level.
  • 1 year experience in related field.

**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma
+ 5 years of related experience strongly preferred
+ Working knowledge of basic refrigeration and/or knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC is preferred.
+ Ability to successfully manage multiple, completing priorities/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication skills, verbal and written, required.

**INTRODUCTION and WHAT YOU WILL DO (Job Responsibilities)**
This position is primarily responsible assisting in the maintenance and commissioning of equipment located at customer sites. Function in an On Call capacity for customers requesting support. Provide phone service reply to e-mail for service questions by performing the following duties.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Manages electrical testing, mechanical testing, field service, repairs retrofits problem solving.
+ Operates independently on site and in an on-call capacity.
+ Installs and repairs equipment.
+ Train customers on maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Perform trial runs of the equipment.
+ Promotes and participates in continuous improvement efforts.
+ Fill out test paperwork properly.
+ Analyze test results, and report on them accordingly
+ Performs weights and measures testing.
+ Runs Series II and C-Scape and needed software properly.
+ Read and analyze prints/drawings.
+ Uses AX Dynamics to look up parts and inventory logs etc.
**Accountability:**
+ Accountable for performing the safe and timely maintenance, repair and testing of equipment.
+ Percent of customer satisfaction of services performed.
**Business Related Contacts:**
+ Engineering - needs to provide feedback and obtain answers/frequency - often.
+ Sales - needs to provide site updates/frequency - occasional.
+ Production - needs to provide feedback on quality/frequency - often.
+ Customers - update customer as needed.

+ Mechanical, Electrical and PLC skills.
**Other Qualifications:**
+ Ability to travel frequently.
+ Must be eligible to work in the United States and be able to obtain a US passport.
**Specialized Equipment Used:**
+ Ability to diagnose, repair, test and run CNG compressors and equipment.

The base compensation range for this position is $59,700 to $82,300 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
For this specific role, you may be eligible for overtime in accordance with state laws. Overtime hours are not guaranteed.

**Job Description**
Provide on-site service, and installation of instrumentation, as related to **C** ontinuous **E** mission **M** onitoring **S** ystems. Conduct formal classroom training with Power Point presentations. CEMS experience a plus, but not a requirement.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
Perform on-site installation, diagnose performance issues, repair, and preventative maintenance.
+ Travel frequently, via airline or rental car, to locations around the country.
+ Able to work outdoors on elevated platforms throughout the year.
+ The physical ability to climb ladders, and stairs to reach stack platforms. Climbs could be as little as 20' to 150'.

This Field Service Representative position will be within our U.S. Services business, focusing on servicing equipment supporting power distribution and critical power infrastructure.

As a Field Service Representative, a typical day for you might include:

  • Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment
  • Problem solving with customers, electricians, sales partners, technical support, District Service teams
  • Completion of field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance, and startup data sheets
  • Working with your Manager and/or Regional Service Director to resolve complex escalated issues
  • Continuous learning and training on various products both in the field and in the classroom
On some days, you may even:
  • Travel throughout the region for local customer support or even countrywide travel. This includes overnight travel by vehicle/air.
  • Assist senior technicians and support Project Management on larger system start-ups
  • Work alongside larger teams of FSRs and collaborate with Project Managers on higher complexity projects
  • Act on behalf of the District Service Manager to resolve operational issues as required


This may be the next step in your career journey if you have:
  • An Associate's degree, trade/vocational certification, Military training or similar experience in electrical-related disciplines.
  • The ability to read blueprints/schematics
  • Thorough understanding of principles of AC and DC power, various AC and DC supply circuit components
  • 2+ years of field service repair and customer service with UPS (Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, power distribution and switchgear, seamless automatic transfer switches (ATS), power distribution units, electrical, electro-mechanical or electronics related equipment
  • 2+ years in Field Services or equivalent industry experience.
  • Must possess good safety practices and adhere to the company's safety procedures/polices (lock out tag out, comply with all safety programs and complete safety related trainings on time.
  • Identify hazards present in the work area and report all safety matters, incidents, near misses, to management or safety representative.
  • NFPA-70E or OSHA experience is preferred
  • Safe driving and vehicle operations skills
  • Skilled at utilizing test and diagnostic equipment
  • Experience reading and interpreting schematics, drawings, and operation manuals
  • The ability to write service reports, correspondence, procedures, effectively present information and respond to customer questions.
  • Work frequently requires strenuous physical tasks, including bending, stooping and lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Work outside in a variety of environmental extremes such as heat, cold, rain, and dust.
  • Remain in a standing position for extended periods of time, including working in small confined spaces.
