Base pay range $95,200.00/yr - $30,900.00/yr The specific pay rate and level will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience and location. “A Day in the Life” The IT Security Analyst plays a key role in protecting the company from cybersecurity threats by monitoring, analyzing, and mitigating incidents. They proactively manage vulnerabilities by conducting scans, assessing risks, and working with teams to strengthen security defenses. Additionally, they collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to develop and implement strategies, policies, and controls for effective risk management. “What You’ll Do” Perform threat monitoring and analysis using various threat detection, investigation and response (TDIR) capable tools, such as security information and event management (SEIM) and extended detection and response (XDR) platforms. Triage alerts, identify and remove false positives, escalate genuine identified attacks and engage in the incident response protocols appropriately. Perform multi-telemetry-based threat investigations to identify cyber threats both internally and externally of the organization. Document formal, technical incident reports and conduct major incident reviews providing after action reporting with mitigating actions, ensure actions are completed. Provide IT teams with incident support, including mitigating actions to contain activity and advisory for remedial actions. Monitoring security information and event management (SIEM) systems & tools. Knowledge with network and security technologies, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS and EDR/EPP, Threat Hunting. Configuring and utilizing vulnerability management technologies. Monitoring networks, detecting threats, and responding to incidents. Report writing, investigational techniques and communicating to large audiences. IT security and compliance standards for a publicly traded company, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type2, NIST CSF and SOX, CMMC, PCI experience. Solid knowledge and skills in IT systems and networks, IT audit, penetration testing, red team or incident supervision and firewalls, switches, wireless networking, Telephony/UCaaS, Microsoft based Infrastructure, Azure, and virtualization. Governance, Risk and Compliance, Identity Access and Asset Management, Security Operations/Incident Response, Threat Vulnerability Management and Security Awareness. **DESCRIPTION**
The **Risk Management Director** is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of the company's insurance and risk management programs. This role leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies and procedures that mitigate risk exposure across the enterprise. The Director will manage a team including the Sr. Risk Claims Analysts and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, third-party administrators, brokers, and insurers to ensure effective claims management, litigation, risk financing, and compliance.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Essential Functions of this Position:**
+ Insurance Program Management:
+ Oversee the procurement, renewal, and administration of all corporate insurance programs (e.g., Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Auto, Property, Cyber, D&O).
+ This includes the areas of underwriting, claims management and safety/loss prevention
**Claims Oversight:**
+ Provide leadership and direction for claims management activities, including high-severity Workers' Compensation and liability claims. Supervise the Sr. Risk Claims Analyst and ensure alignment with best practices.
+ Vendor and TPA Management:
+ Manage relationships with third-party administrators, insurers, brokers, and legal counsel. Conduct performance reviews and audits to ensure service quality and compliance.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders including the Safety team, HR Leave Accommodations team, Legal, Finance, and Real Estate to ensure alignment on risk mitigation strategies, claims handling, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
**Data & Analytics:**
+ Analyze claims trends and risk exposures to inform decision-making and recommend improvements to safety and loss control programs.
+ Develops and implement quarterly metrics for measuring and communicating the activity and progress.
**Compliance & Governance:**
+ Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance regulations and internal policies. Maintain accurate records of risk-related expenses and exposures.Training & Communication:
+ Lead training initiatives for business units on claims reporting, return-to-work programs, and risk awareness. Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on risk-related matters.
+ Team Development: Develop and manage the Risk Management Team, including hiring, coaching, development, performance management, and ensuring team is meeting department objectives.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Experience Requirement:**
+ 10+ years leading risk management activities
+ Professional Designation such as ARM, CPCU or CRM preferred
**Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:**
+ Knowledge of insurance contract language, insurance underwriting, and claims processing
+ Deep knowledge of casualty insurance, claims management, and multi-state Workers' Compensation programs.
+ Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and potential risk involved
+ Ability to develop, implement and evaluate loss-control programs
+ Strong verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of associates and management
+ Proficiency in RMIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel).
+ Handle multiple projects and deal with varying deadlines

Associates utilize superior analytical skills, combined with credit and industry knowledge, to make and support credit decisions for a portfolio of clients. They collaborate across credit risk and the business teams to meet client credit requests, while balancing the risk-return needs of the Firm. They constantly monitor their portfolio to accurately assign risk ratings to clients and facilities, while ensuring a robust culture of compliance is adhered to at all times. They are exceptional partners with all colleagues, and are skilled trainers and developers of the junior team members in Wholesale Credit Risk.

Job responsibilities

  • Manages and monitors a portfolio of client credit exposures, across industry classes, on an ongoing basis
  • Takes ownership of client credit needs and projects and independently develops a credit opinion
  • Oversees and conducts credit analysis and approves or seeks approval for all lending and trading related transactions, including operating exposures, individually or as part of a deal team
  • Provides credit expertise in structuring new loan and derivative transactions
  • Leads or assists in negotiating, finalizing, and executing documentation for loans and derivatives
  • Remains current on all aspects of the credit relationship, including exposure, compliance, potential problems and opportunities
  • Provides a cohesive and comprehensive approach to review ratings, risk assessment, portfolios, clients and industries in their sector
  • Prepares and presents quarterly and annual risk reviews and tiering analyses

Required qualifications, capabilities and skil ls

What Youll Do

  • Perform Interest Rate Risk and Capital Risk analysis for Charles Schwab Corporation
  • Construct detailed market and stress scenario analyses to assess market and capital risk
