In this hands-on role, you'll work directly with patients to improve strength, mobility, and quality of life in a 176-bed skilled nursing environment.

Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents
Track and document progress to inform care plans
Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Adhere to all healthcare and safety standards
Stay current through ongoing training and professional development
Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (required)
~ Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Including Associate's Degree)
~1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
~ Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment repetitively

Hourly pay: $45$48 DOE, paid biweekly

• Implements treatment plan developed by supervising therapist using appropriate modalities. Seeks consultation as necessary.
• Monitors patient's responses to the treatment plan. Regularly communicates patient progress and possible goal revisions to the therapist.
• Documents services provided and patient response/progress.
• Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits. Assists with patient discharge planning. Provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and community support programs.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
