**Mobile Coordinator**
**Location:** This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.
**Hours:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
The **Mobile Coordinator** is responsible for providing general administrative support to mobile care team.
**How will you make an impact:**
+ Assists with inbound/outbound calls, scheduling, and care coordination.
+ Answers inbound calls on behalf of mobile care team and resolves or escalates issues appropriately.
+ Conducts outreach to prospective and established patients utilizing assigned panel or census to schedule appointments.
+ Optimizes routes of mobile clinicians and seeks to balance patient and colleague satisfaction.
+ Supports mobile clinicians before, during, and after patient visits including appointment confirmation, visit intake, administrative tasks, and care coordination (e.g., referrals, authorizations, medical records, lab results, etc.).
+ Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
+ Completes ongoing training and coaching programs for further skills development.
+ Works collaboratively with mobile clinicians, other care team members, case management, and network and community partners.
+ Documents all interactions with patients and on behalf of patients in medical record.
+ Prepares reports and documents as needed or requested.
+ Attends regular meetings with team members as required.
+ Performs other job-related duties as reasonably assigned.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Requires a HS diploma or equivalent; experience utilizing electronic medical record and a minimum of 1 year of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
**Preferred Skills, Capabilities and** **Qualifications:**
+ Preferred candidates will be bilingual
+ Ideal candidates with have experience in a medical setting such as a Certified Medical Assistants or LPN's.
+ Ideal applicants are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems or desktops simultaneously.
+ Proficiency with computers and strong keyboarding skills are highly preferred.

Field Support Coordinator

The Field Support Coordinator is a critical member of the on-site team supporting the construction phase of building and connecting the wind power plant to the grid. More specifically, they have responsibility for facilitating site setup, transport, installation, mechanical completion, commissioning, and site close-out of one or more projects. The FSC Tier 1 follows defined processes and procedures for safety, inventory management and documentation, with a dedicated focus on ensuring system and process compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Vestas safety policies: maintain safety policies and environmental containment. Ensure a clean and safe work environment. Identify and mitigate hazards. Participate in daily safety meetings at project site. Complete monthly safety training assignments on schedule
  • Provide business and administrative support to project leadership for assigned projects and sites. Collect construction and site documentation, including the assembly of job books for each turbine on site. Process project documentation, including but not limited to transport, installation, commissioning, QA/QC forms, and contractor timesheets. Verify documentation for accuracy. Organize, sort, and file documents according to defined processes and procedures. Ensure physical and electronic document control
  • Manage end-to-end construction inventory and tooling movement transactions, including receiving site containers, conducting cycle counts, handling reconciliation of discrepancies, and coordinating container returns. Maintain physical and electronic inventory control; ship and receive parts/materials/tools; identify and record serial numbers; create and monitor purchase orders/purchase requests; consume/return parts. Register non-conformity reports (NCRs) in SAP for the project, upload related documentation, and ensure inventory is consumed and labor hours are recorded to NCRs appropriately
  • Take direction from and communicate daily with Construction Manager (CM) and Lead Technicians. Assist CM to fulfill customer requests and resolve customer issues in timely and cost-effective manner. Establish appropriate on-site communications with customer personnel. Collaborate with technicians in execution of inventory control. Responsible for site compliance to approved processes; provide SAP fundamental instruction and assist with system problem solving and error processing. Ensure availability of tools and spares on site. Manage LEAN processes at the project site to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Complete transactions in a timely and accurate manner, entering daily updates to the Site Progress Log and uploading As Built documentation to shared drive to ensure accurate financials and scheduling. Enter work hours daily. Perform administrative tasks related to site setup, including establishing new vendors and ordering fixtures, containers, and supplies for a new or existing site office. Assist CM to monitor work hours, budget, and expenditures
  • Utilize defined work instructions where available to complete job functions and solve problems, seeking consultation from higher level staff to resolve problems outside position requirements and responsibilities
  • Support other sites to solve issues impacting the greater organization. Promote the values of Simplicity, Accountability, and Collaboration. Take direction from and communicate on regular basis with Portland based manager. Respond to queries in timely manner. Consistently look for opportunities to improve job processes and procedures and communicate ideas through appropriate channels.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience working as Vestas wind site business support; significant experience in project management and training others is required
  • Experienced in working with SAP enterprise resource program software in role such as a dispatch / planner, stock keeper, technician, front desk function, and advanced forecasting and planning
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in planning, logistics, scheduling and inventory control
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills; attentive and effective listener; ability to ensure others adhere to standard processes and procedures
  • Advanced PC computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and SAP
  • Ability to work in both a team-based environment and manage one's own tasks; candidate should be capable of working remotely without need for supervision.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Field Support Analyst L2 facilitates upgrading, maintaining and expanding our rapidly growing network and office infrastructure. Service will be mainly travel with some remote work. This position is responsible for performing on-site and remote support services for our pediatric dental offices. Under limited supervision a Field Support Analyst L2 installs and maintains IT computer equipment, A/V systems, and mounting hardware for company clinics. Provides technical leadership and support, and resolves problems of a comprehensive and complex nature. This support is crucial to the delivery of the company's mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral health.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject (A plus)
  • Preferred certifications: A+, Network+, Security+ (Required)

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:

  • 6+ years in information technology
  • Dental operations experience preferred

JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Solid customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong experience with Windows Servers & Desktops
  • Familiar with Cisco networking gear
  • Experience with monitoring systems
  • Ability to work independently and make independent decisions through detailed analysis and review
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Office Environment
  • Ability to travel up to 75-100% of the time
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilizes advanced technical knowledge to plan and lead the implementation of technical solutions and projects.
  • Execute work orders as directed by Field Supervisor, inspect the work site, review the work with management as necessary.
  • Serves as a primary project member on department projects with large scope and impact; will lead and integrate the work of other staff.
  • Responsible for maintaining and the continued operation of IT computer equipment, audio/visual systems, mounting of aforementioned equipment.
  • Oversee and assist the work of those lower graded employees assigned to the team to ensure work is completed in an orderly, efficient and professional manner.
  • Participates in and/or leads research and development initiatives and provides assistance in the implementation of new technologies and solutions.
  • Responds to escalations received from managers and VIP's, escalates unresolved issues as appropriate and promptly.Provide on-call coverage during non-business hours. This includes maintaining a mobile device
  • 24/7 Response and on-call to service outages and other problems
  • Conducts work within the SLAs established. Provides input on SLA definition and suggestions for improvement
  • Adheres to D4C Company and IT policies
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Poll Pad Technicians will be responsible for attending training conducted by the Fulton County Registration and Elections Department. The training is intended to teach the technicians about the voting system.

Support Skype for Business Operational issues such as Install/Uninstall, Configuration, Deployment failure related issues
