As a representative of NCW’s Field Support team, you will be the face of the NCW brand to our field employees. You will have the opportunity to travel to various job sites across the country as needed and act as liaison between the field employees and our client’s field contacts. You will play an integral role in building deeply rooted partnerships with our clients and maintaining our fiercely protective approach to jobsite safety.


WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

+ Traveling across the country as needed to job sites to address necessary issues or walk employees onto a job

+ Checking in with foreman and field employees on job sites

+ Calling field employees to make sure they have everything they need for the job

+ Judgment calls + problem-solving (independently or with others on the team/Field Support Manager)

+ Participation as an active member of the NCW Safety Committee

+ Communicating safety culture to NCW employees

+ Collaboration with the Safety Manager to schedule & recruit employees and/or clients for safety trainings

+ Facilitation of employee disciplinary system for safety violations

+ Building relationships with our competitor’s recruits on jobsites to build a network of field talent targets

+ Gathering contractor information to report to BD

+ Developing relationships with “manpower influencers” to sell NCW services and connect them with BD/RSM

Job Description

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Field Support Technician** to join our team in **Doral, Florida.**
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Provide advanced onsite and remote technical support, specializing in complex troubleshooting and problem resolution.
+ Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure equipment, and provide technical assistance to end users.
+ Perform onsite maintenance, upgrade, and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
+ Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clients and help develop/maintain knowledgebase articles and training materials, contributing to team knowledge and support efficiency.
+ Escalate complex issues to senior Technicians and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ HS diploma: a candidate holding a relevant Bachelor's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for education.
+ 3+ years of experience with 2+ years of position-specific relevant experience.
+ Demonstrated experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including network troubleshooting and configuration.
+ Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
+ Experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices.
+ Experience with end-user device support (desktops, laptops, mobile devices).
+ Experience with Active Directory and remote desktop tools.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
+ Experience with mobile device management (MDM) Solutions, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), scripting and automation tools, and ticketing systems.
+ CompTIA A+ Certification.
+ Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Responsibilities:
+ Assists with the billing, payroll, and medical records process
+ Maintains confidentiality of client, patient, caregiver, and team member information and records
+ Meets and maintains state, local, accrediting agency, payer and HIPAA regulations in regards to Protected Health Information and regulatory requirements
+ Greets and provides excellent customer service to all visitors, clients, and team members while demonstrating an approachable demeanor
+ Assists with various office administrative functions, including ordering office supplies, answering telephone inquiries, photocopying, and monitoring incoming/outgoing facsimiles
+ Assists with the compliant onboarding and credentialing of external staff
Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent degree required
+ Minimum one year of administrative work experience, to include typing skills.
+ Strong technical learning capabilities with a minimum proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
+ Action oriented with all tasks at hand and demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent time management skills with ability to work independently and multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
+ This is an office based position
Wage/Salary Information:
$24 - $5 per hour, plus 2000 annual bonus potential
