Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and process new patient information in internal systems and Salesforce.
- Prepare and initialize diagnostic devices for patient use through the designated internal system.
- Organize and update necessary paperwork for devices in accordance with customer requirements.
- Generate shipping labels with precision to ensure timely deliveries.
- Upload diagnostic reports into the system for record-keeping and analysis.
- Monitor and track deliveries to and from patients to ensure smooth logistics.
- Provide occasional support in scheduling and tracking patients and devices as needed.
- Identify and resolve delivery issues by communicating with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of handling multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts accurately.
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform additional supportive tasks as assigned.

The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for working closely with patients to schedule appointments, check in & check out patients, verify insurance, and perform other administrative duties. They will see anywhere from 45-60 patients a day. This individual will be responsible for opening the office each day, so exceptional attendance is a must.
