**JOB SUMMARY**
This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting the company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. The main focus is to help Sysco customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company. This position may require working some non-traditional hours (evening, weekends, and holidays) to successfully meet customers' needs.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory.
+ Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.
+ Research customer business needs and develops a mix of products and service to meet needs.
+ Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers, based on business needs and goals.

+ Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department; troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (for example, out of stock items, special order items, low inventory, etc.).
+ Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and customer events.
+ Attend and participate in general sales and district meetings.
+ Engage in ongoing training sessions.
+ Assist with the training of new employees as requested.
+ Review and analyze daily and weekly reports such as special-order requests, customer bid files, and sales/gross profit margin data.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required Education/Experience**
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline **OR** HSD/GED and 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience including completion of the Sysco Sales Internship.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end strategic development and execution of Walmart's Refrigeration, HVAC, and Lighting asset digital transformation. This leader will oversee the seamless integration of these connected systems into a digital twin. This role will lead a team of asset managers, program managers, and digital transformation specialists to:
+ Develop and refine digital strategies for refrigeration, HVAC, and lighting assets across Walmart's North American facility network.
+ Ensure the spatial, static, and performance data of these assets support the facilities digital twins to capture the entire lifecycle of the assets.
+ Define and deliver forward-facing digital strategies that ensure hardware-agnostic, connected systems capable of adapting to future business needs.
+ Manage the development of asset controls standards, specifications, guidelines, network architectures, and support SLAs to drive asset uptime and reliability.

Position Summary.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Business Strategy to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects, focusing on strategy and operations for eCommerce at Sam's Club. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor, managing cross-functional initiatives, defining processes, and ensuring the centralized function of the team. This position requires a tenacious learner with a deep understanding of digital merchandising, digital engagement, and the ability to navigate ambiguous and complex topics.
What you'll do.

Partner with operating teams to research, develop and implement new strategies and initiatives to improve sales, profit or Member experience.

Establish E2E ways of working rigor, structure and program management inclusive of digital walks, formalize COE process and intake/optimize for Member friction points.

Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities.

Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training, mentoring, and building a team-based work environment.

Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others.

Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, and consulting with key stakeholders.

Manage the resolution of business issues by reviewing data, determining needed solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications.
