Job Description
Meta is seeking an experienced Site Logistics Operations Specialist to guide Data Center Field and Warehouse operations. This person will be responsible for supporting the facility, site, security, and construction teams. The Specialist helps develop and implement consistent processes, manage inventory control, and supervises the third party shipping and receiving teams.
**Required Skills:**
Logistics Operations Specialist Responsibilities:
1. Ensure logistics operations are performed within safety, security, SOX compliance, and stakeholder guidelines and service level agreements
2. Monitor operations, identify gaps, and create remediation plans
3. Coordinate with third-party logistics to meet SLAs
4. Identify gaps in operations and present solutions to standardize operations across Meta data center sites
5. Build cross-functional relationships for effective communication and operations management
6. Conduct monthly compliance audits and support financial reporting
7. Monitor and report to contributors and leaders of all levels regarding logistics KPIs
8. Drive inventory reconciliation and process improvements
9. Raise field issues for systemic control improvements
10. Collaborate with field leads and vendors on process implementation
11. Help define and manage ongoing KPIs to measure process compliance and logistics operations performance
12. Partner in developing shared solutions when inconsistencies are identified
**Minimum Qualifications:**

13. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
14. 5+ years supply chain logistics experience monitoring team and individual performance, and SLA adherence
15. Experience of working under strict timelines, and seeking feedback and input where appropriate
16. Experience with ERP, TMS, CMS, WMS systems, and analytics tools
17. Experience in operations with a focus on process improvement, lean methodologies, or business analysis
18. Experience in communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, collaborators and clients, at different levels

**Public Compensation:**
$113,000/year to $163,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
