At AiLifePay Inc., you will become part of a quantum equilibrium driven ailifescore credit scoring company. Al-Life Score algorithm is our newest innovation in financial services and driver of wealth creation. AI-Life Score utilizes a researched quantum analysis model to detect evolving arbitrage data in personal finance and wealth management. Our purpose is to provide lending and credit services, fraud detection and decision underwriting, quantum-driven risk analytics in an upcoming high-tech sector of Quantum Equilibrium Finance.

As Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer/CTO/Quantum AI Researcher (PhD), you will play a pivotal role in the development and commercialization of our technologies, seed new industries built on the capabilities of a wide range of deep technology, and build a sustainable knowledge ecosystem. We are collaborative and entrepreneurial, committed to building new products to unlock innovation through cross-domain thinking to support our potential customers. You will develop the next generation of regenerative business models and lead optimization workflows and services with our customers while integrating with the firm's future technology partners. This role offers a chance to explore your leadership capabilities and apply your analytical and technical skills in financial computing, working with a passionate and highly technical team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of financial engineering and challenges to turn data into action, and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Design of strategy and roadmap, develop insights to set and prioritize goals.
  • R&D of a model governance and model performance framework for credit risks and investment models, define metrics for performance.
  • Creating libraries and frameworks that underpin reliable and testable systems.
  • Machine learning for quantum control, forming the intelligence layer of the quantum stack.
  • Deep learning for pattern recognition and feature extraction supporting automated decision-making in quantum device workflows.
  • Manage business development roadmaps, innovation, marketing, and BI tools instrumental to the company’s success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Science, ECE, AI, Data Science, or related fields with strong entrepreneurial desire in quantum technology.
  • Experience with data mining, analytics, modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, large-scale transformer models.
  • Design of strategy and roadmap, solving problems including time series forecasting, clustering with statistical and machine learning methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in software development for quantitative investment workflows, credit and risk modeling, financial intelligence.
  • Proven industry experience, managing multiple projects from proof-of-concept to implementation.

+ PhD in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Statistics/Applied Mathematics or a related field with focus on AI/ML
+ 7+ years of relevant work experience post PhD
