Responsible for assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated and assigned by the Store Manager with main focus on the front-end and sales floor operations. Also assist with the hiring, training and development of store associates as delegated by the Store Manager
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Assist with all store functions and day-to-day store activities as directed by the Store Manager
+ Able to perform all opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
+ Assist the Store Manager in protecting and securing all company assets, including store cash
+ Adhere to all policies and procedures including safety guidelines

**The Role**
The Project Manager is the primary single point of contact for large-scale deployments with significant complexity, unique requirements or that qualify as a "Special". Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the customer's implementation to meet scope, timing and budget expectations and overall project outcomes. + Acts as project team leader & accountable for successful overall project completion
+ Through partnership with other staff organizations, define Key Performance Indicators (KPI), training, process standards, policies, and procedures. Associated with complex projects.
+ Ensure adherence to project related policies and processes
+ Reiterate scope, roles/responsibilities and schedule on a regular basis and provide team members a single point of contact for all project issues
+ Employs judgment to make business decisions about things that will impact the project, customer or company and has the authority to stop activities from proceeding when continuing to move forward would have a negative impact
+ Responsible for identifying and ensuring participation of all required internal and vendor resources to ensure the on-time delivery of sold services within budgetary guidelines.
+ Negotiates due dates based on resource/network availability to maintain Lumen's profitability and to meet customer requirements.
+ Acts as customer facing single point of contact during the life of the project. Often dedicated to strategic global customers for repeat business.
+ Identifies additional sales opportunities and engages Sales organization as appropriate. Performance in part, is measured based on customer surveys completed upon delivery of services.
+ Understands project goals and objectives as it relates to customer's business strategies and long-term needs. Deliverables include project assessment, team formation, schedule preparation, status/jeopardy reports, risk analysis, project status reports, and post implementation analysis.
+ Acts as mentor and team leader to other teammates
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
**Minimum:**
+ Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of related experience
+ Implementation experience with multiple of the following technologies: DWDM, Transport/Waves, MPLS, Managed Services, Voice (PRI, SIP, Porting, etc.), Security, SD WAN, Managed Enterprise Services, Meraki.
**Preferred:**

PuroClean Emergency Restoration seeks experienced Project Managers, Lead Restoration Technicians & helpers to join our team in Linthicum Heights & Hunt Valley, MD. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4/5pm with a mandatory on call rotation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees after a 90-day trial period.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scoping & executing Mitigation Projects of water, fire, mold, biohazard in homes and commercial buildings. Specialty cleaning & deodorization.
  • Business Process adherence and SLA (Service Level Agreement) Compliance.
  • Projection documentation and photographing throughout mitigation process.
  • Proficiency in the use of chosen software systems.
  • Demolition, Cleaning, Contents cleaning and pack out.
  • Possibly some light construction including board ups.

Provides subject matter technical support and leadership for the design development and construction oversight of HVAC and related mechanical systems for building construction projects in the public and private sector. Responsibilities include the lead design role and project management for mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, central energy plants, medical gas systems, sustainability design, and building automation systems. Project types consist of primarily complex facilities in industries such as healthcare, higher education, laboratories, research and manufacturing, mission critical, and other institutional type buildings in both new construction and renovation applications. **Your Impact**
+ Provide oversight with collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from the physical work site, surveys, blueprints, schematics, data, technical drawings, computer-generated reports, and other matrices for project development, design, and construction.
+ Apply high-level mechanical engineering techniques and processes to identify improvements involving more complex building and infrastructure engineering work including concept development, preliminary design, final design, procurement, construction, and operation.
+ Perform professional mechanical engineering work and conduct more complex/comprehensive investigations and inspections of proposed and existing site conditions, equipment, resources, facilities, building, infrastructure, usage, and mechanical systems to determine conformance with applicable rules, standards, and construction or operating permits.
+ Develop construction and installation plans, specifications, and cost estimates; preparing construction safety and phasing plans, and updating infrastructure layout plans that require coordination with owners, other disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients.
+ Involved from project inception to completion in the management of mechanical design and construction of building and infrastructure projects, including rehabilitation and reconstruction, new builds, operating specifications, building materials, phasing, and construction safety plans.
+ Oversees the development and implementation of advanced technologies, monitoring devices, building materials, modeling techniques, design requirements, load calculations, and operating strategies to account for the proper installation and functioning of equipment and systems; implementing future-ready solutions with mechanical engineering design standards.
+ Provide high-level technical assistance on various engineering, design, and construction issues relating to automatic temperature control systems and specifications, air distribution (supply, return, exhaust), hydronic systems (chilled water, heating water, etc.) and plumbing systems (domestic water, waste, vent, storm, etc.).
+ Lead larger-scale mechanical engineering projects ensuring contributors know what they are required to do and by when, preparing and overseeing relevant project budgets, monitoring external events, tracking hours and expenses, ensuring satisfactory performance, and supervising subcontractors, contract work, and employees.
+ Meet with various public or private entities or individuals to discuss issues relating to a variety of engineering/construction challenges and programs.
+ Ensure technical reports and presentations explain research, findings, and recommendations to prevent, control, restore, or address engineering, design, and/or construction issues or opportunities.
+ Develop a client base for providing high level mechanical engineering services including identifying additional business development opportunities.
+ Mentor staff to support their growth and professional development.

Who You Are
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or closely related discipline.
+ 10+ years of relevant post education experience in engineering discipline and prior mechanical design experience.
+ Professional Engineer(P.E) license required (multi-state preferred).
+ Highly proficient with mechanical engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, and the application to permitting and project work-related issues.
+ Highly proficient with building and infrastructure design.
+ Experience with building and infrastructure planning, design, and program/construction management; including project involvement in a variety of rehabilitation and reconstruction, new design, and construction projects.
+ Strong knowledge of relevant mechanical engineering and construction laws, codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
+ Highly proficient with making technical computations and calculations involving the application of engineering principles, understanding plans and specifications, and making factual comparisons to the appropriate regulations.
+ Experience with planning and conducting inspections and investigations on various aspects of the construction and design of facilities, structures and systems, applying applicable regulations and policies
+ Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing intricate ideas effectively and professionally to an engineering and non-engineering audience.

+ Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills required to apply technical knowledge to reach conclusions from testing results, data collation, load calculations, computations, statistical analysis and arriving at the most effective, economical, and logical solution.
+ Demonstrated effectiveness at coordinating and assertively directing subcontractors and others to consistently complete tasks safely and efficiently.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
