**Job Summary**
Havel is looking for a Planned Maintenance Representative. In this position you will be responsible for quoting maintenance agreements and working with current customers in our service group.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for quoting planned maintenance
+ Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers
+ Expand sales for existing contract customers
+ Flexible, responsive, and enthusiastic in servicing our customers
+ Provide innovative alternatives when working with customers and deficiencies
+ Provide estimates and proposals in a timely manner
+ Is successful at maintaining an acceptable rate of new sales
+ Other duties assigned
**Qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience in facilities or HVAC services; or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Experience in sales and marketing
+ Knowledge of financial-based sales
+ Excellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude while being a team player.
+ Believe that customer service is the first priority.
+ Knowledgeable in computers and common computer software.
+ Skilled in managing processes, process improvement, and decision-making
+ Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
