Identify current and future needs among Aon’s client base to pursue new or expanded work. Lead the development of proposals and sales efforts, coordinating with various practice leaders across Aon. Contribute to business development through participation in industry forums. Cross sell services for all of Rewards and Career Advisory, Talent and Human Capital practices. Leadership Work within Aon’s Talent practice to explore opportunities both with new and existing clients. Provide leadership or mentoring to project managers, consultants and analysts; may have direct management responsibilities. Offer input on staffing needs to meet business demands and guide the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Share broad-based compensation subject matter expertise on technical issues, pay transparency requirements, business development techniques, and project management skills with colleagues. Skills and experience that will lead to success A minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience with demonstration of prior career progression. Recent broad-based compensation consulting experience within a boutique or full-service consulting environment. Prior experience generating and delivering annual revenue of $1.4MM as an individual contributor. Knowledge of domestic and global pay transparency landscape. Prior experience and/or familiarity with Aon’s Radford McLagan Compensation Database. Proven track record of business development and selling in a compensation consulting practice. Must have expert knowledge of consulting within broad-based compensation strategy, design, and implementation issues, including rewards strategy, base pay, short- and long-term incentives and career architecture. Technical expertise in the following: compensation/total rewards strategy including global rewards; pay transparency, job content analysis, job evaluation, and job leveling/slotting; compensation structure design; short-term incentive design; pay policies and governance; business case development, implementation planning and change management. Proven ability to understand and analyze complex business problems to identify root cause issues and potential solutions. Advanced consultative skills, including relationship building, process definition and meeting facilitation. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. We offer an opportunity to work with a team of experts with a deep track record in New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation applications, CDFI Fund Applications, other Government and Philanthropic funding applications, strategic planning services for community development entities and projects, NMTC placement and deployment assistance, and NMTC compliance and asset management services.
The Director will oversee the Application and Strategic Planning activities for Community Development Entities (CDEs), Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), Community Lenders and Nonprofits (collectively Community Development Organizations). The Director will work with the Community Development Organizations to help them build internal and external capacity, clarify their Mission, Vision and Values (MVV), formalize their strategic plans and execute their strategic plans so that they holistically work towards upholding and achieving their MVV as they expand and add new services. The Director will lead a team of Application Writers and Community Development Specialists, manage the process of writing NMTC Applications, manage the grant writing and applications process for clients seeking funding from other funding programs, and expand the portfolio of clients. We are looking for an experienced Consulting Sales Representative for Oracle's marketing leading Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications(OFSAA). Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications delivers a comprehensive, integrated suite of financial services analytical applications for both banking and insurance domains.
This role is responsible for selling Oracle's Consulting Services in the East Coast to Banks and Financial Services Industry in the Risk, Compliance and Performance Analytics space. These services will be based around Oracle product suite OFSAA.
Responsibilities Include:
+ Leading sales efforts for Oracle consulting services into named accounts within the Financial Services Industry.
+ Identifying & developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts within East Coast with named accounts
+ Create Sales strategies and sales plans for the assigned region
+ Present the service offerings to C level executives by understanding their needs, budget and decision making process
+ Building pipeline for achieving the quota
+ Working closely with software license reps to build joint strategies and be the partner of choice for implementations
+ Building relationships within the larger Oracle eco system to provide a comprehensive Consulting solution to clients to foster long term business.
+ Enabling existing relationships with clients to cross sell and upsell OFSAA software
+ Working with partners for joint implementations
+ Negotiate complex contracts and navigate long sales cycles
+ Create compelling sales proposals
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
+ 10+ years of sales experience within the financial services industry
+ Established sales relationships with East Coast financial/banking firms
+ Successful track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas
+ Should be self-driven and motivated
+ Ability to navigate through complex deals and negotiate large size deals
+ Excellent communication skills

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,600 to $207,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 60/40.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
