This is an opportunity to lead a 99-bed facility with strong departmental leadership, a secure memory care unit, and no agency usage. The building maintains a stable census (averaging 92, budgeted at 95) and is located in an affluent community. The prior administrator is transferring internally, and the team is looking for a leader who can continue driving culture, accountability, and clinical consistency. The building is back in survey compliance and is supported by a strong AD, a recently hired DON with regional experience (started 6/16), and department heads who are well-tenured and mission-aligned. Nurse managers are newer but motivated and eager to grow under the right leadership.
This is a full-time, permanent leadership position offering a competitive compensation package of $135,000.00, with the potential for additional incentives based on performance. This role is hiring immediately.

Current Nursing Home Administrator License
3+ years experience in healthcare administration — as a Nursing Home Administrator
Prior experience working in long-term care, assisted living, skilled nursing, senior living, memory care, or equivalent
Knowledge of all relevant regulations and policies
