**Responsiblities**
Mission Support and Test Services, LLC is looking to hire a Hydrodynamic and Subcritical Experiments Execution Support (HSEES) Program Manager (Program Manager II). The Program Manager reports to the Hydrodynamic and Subcritical Experiments Execution Support Program Manager and provides program management support to the HSEES Program. The Program Manager supports integration with Stockpile Experimentation Operations (SEO) Technologies & Operations, Mission Delivery, Enhanced Capabilities for Subcritical Experiments (ECSE), Enterprise Infrastructure Programs (EIP), and works closely with Stockpile Experimentation Operations (SEO) Business Managers.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Direct phases of the FYNSP HSEES program with a combined value of $400M+.
+ Maintain Program plan and support Program Manager with routine and annual updates.
+ Generate five-year Future Year Nuclear Security Program (FYNSP) submission, prioritizing NNSS' scope, funding, and schedule for respective program.
+ Support Program Manager with build and update of NNSS WBS in support of the National Program Plan.
+ Generate and maintain yearly spend plan (scope, funding, schedule) for planned programmatic activities
+ Interface routinely with the Federal Program Managers (FPM), Nevada Field Office (NFO), and NNSS senior leadership on funding and other programmatic matters.
+ Provide integration with NNSS NA-90 and CBI counterparts to maintain alignment between programs.
+ Provide programmatic oversight to ensure alignment with associated programs/projects and NNSS mission objectives using Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
+ Coordinate with Project Management and financial team to manage HSEES integration between program and project elements.
+ Provide programmatic support for change control reviews and BCRs that propose significant changes or impact programmatic requirements and reporting.
+ Support project reviews and headquarters/dignitary tours, meetings, and reporting.
+ Support preparation of talks and briefings for the Program manager and other management entities. Provide backup coverage for Program Manager when needed.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience, plus a minimum of 14 years of related and progressively responsible experience.
+ Demonstrated success in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution of complex programs and projects.
+ Strong working knowledge in Earned Value Management
+ Demonstrated ability to achieve operational excellence, set expectations and monitor delegated activities to closure, especially with ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
+ Experience leading the development of new program opportunities, including the definition, development, and preparation of proposals.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Direct NNSA/Department of Defense Headquarters engagement experience required.
+ Current Q or TS clearance strongly preferred.
+ The primary work location will be at the Losee Road facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Approximately 25% travel to meetings, conferences and training is required.
+ Flexible work schedule can be negotiated with the manager; employees can work 5/8s, 9/80 or 4/10s work week.
+ Pre-placement physical examination, which includes a drug screen, is required. MSTS maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.
+ Must possess a valid driver's license.
MSTS is required by DOE directive to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, law enforcement records, and employment/education verifications. The Position
Construction Project Coordinators perform a variety of building construction coordination and inspection work requiring a broad knowledge of construction principles and practices, including specialty areas such as roofing, asbestos, underground storage tanks, paving, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) structural and access requirements, and facility analysis.
Incumbents possess a degree of knowledge and proficiency sufficient to perform work independently with little or no additional training. Projects and tasks for this position will be statewide. The position will include, but not limited to procuring, planning, directing, conducting, and overseeing minor and major plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, building renovations, landscaping and other facility related construction projects, as well as maintenance and repair of NDOW's (Nevada Department of Wildlife) residential and industrial facilities. Although there will be a significant amount of autonomy in the position, work will be performed in coordination with and under the direction of NDOW's supportive engineering section.The position requires a wide range of knowledge and experience including review and interpretation of construction contracts, plans and specifications, building codes, specifications, and contract documents. Preparation and /or knowledge of solicitation documents, contracts, bidding processes, plans, specifications, and contractor coordination experience is beneficial. The incumbent shall develop and manage a facility management plan. The incumbent shall review, update and oversee NDOW's safety plan, as well as perform necessary reporting.
The incumbent will be provided with a fully equipped work truck and will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time to beautiful, remote location across the state. Travelling expenses, per diem and lodging, will be reimbursed by NDOW.The position will offer opportunities for training (conferences and classes), credentialling and advancement. The incumbent will be allowed some flexibility to create their own mutually beneficial work schedule. There will be ample opportunity to work overtime if desired. AECOM is seeking a Project Manager / Design Coordinator to be based in Las Vegas, NV.
Job Summary
As a Design Coordinator, you will be expected to work with the Technical Design Lead, Senior Project Manager, Associate or Director to successfully deliver design services on aviation projects.
The role is based in the client's office and will cover the whole project lifecycle, most notably the design phase but also initial inception, due diligence, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Job Duties
+ Participation in appropriate meetings including minuting and proactively engaging in discussions, contributing to the Design Management Plan, collating progress reports, assisting with procurement strategies and tender documentation, general post contract management and administration, proactively engaging with Client, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, being aware of the scope of service and ensuring we deliver within the agreed parameters and help to resolve disputes whenever possible.
+ Gain awareness of the internal AECOM and Client management systems, as well as contributing to the development of design management tools and processes.
+ Work on projects of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors and appropriate problem solving.
+ Projects will include buildings/terminals, landside/utilities, and airside projects
+ Supporting the Technical Design Lead and Senior Project Manager with:
+ Preparing and updating the Master Design Delivery Program to reflect any change and/or delay as they occur
+ Contribute to the risk register, change management register, RFI register, Deliverable Register, Action Trackers etc.
+ Contribute to the design reviews, workshops and technical quality of the design deliverables produced by the internal and external team
+ Support the BIM production with comments and reviews of the 3D model, from a buildability and coordination point of view
+ Obtaining all technical Client requirements and deliverables and ensuring they're produced within the approved budget
+ Coordination with sub-consultants as required, including onboarding and training
+ Coordinate the design team to ensure compliance with AECOM's and/or Client's Technical Quality Review (TQR) process
+ Informing project reporting and compliance with AECOM's or Client's project Delivery System (PDS).
+ Approach to all projects requires a high degree of flexibility and creativity, excellent presentational skills, and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants. The successful candidate shall be charged with the coordination of Design Management Services within our Client focused and highly motivated professional team.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ BA/BS + 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ PE or RA highly desired
+ Design management experience of the full project life cycle.
+ Some experience of site delivery and resolution of design issues during construction.
+ BIM aptitude and able to review 3D models on Navisworks or BIM360.
+ Experienced in working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
