Overview THE ROLE: This position is responsible for increasing the effectiveness of the Portfolio and Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) process and toolset by providing process and tool support to Networking, Telecommunication, and Low Voltage cabling projects within the organization. They will serve as a mentor/coach in PMLC principles, standards, and methodologies by working with other analysts, project managers, and delivery teams to track and measure status, progress, and velocity to help to drive continuous improvement in the delivery of high-quality hardware and software infrastructure solutions. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: Developing, managing, and tracking IT projects, from inception to implementation and supporting the transition. Forecasting, managing, tracking, and reporting project progress, issues, budget, and scope changes to achieve successful project completion times, and within budget. Managing communications and expectations of clients, sponsors, users, teams, contractors, and the enterprise while ensuring project adherence to established IT project methodologies and standards, including developing resource plans, risk assessments, project plans, test plans, checkpoint reviews, etc. Assist Department with forecasting requirements, preparing the annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Define and drive multiple concurrent project tasks and milestones within the necessary timing. Detailed responsibilities/duties: Level II Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Elevate risks to meet product launches and secure senior management approval to move forward. Requests, collects, and analyzes project quotes and bill of materials from engineers, manufactures, and vendors. Submits, tracks, and receives quotes, receipts, and invoices in Herbalife’s procurement portal. Maintains and updates global project tracking information. Regularly publish project timelines and key summaries to all stakeholders. Creates and distributes end user communication to ensure smooth transition of new or changing technology. Collects and analyzes data to evaluate PMLC operational effectiveness and makes recommendations to solve problems. Follows established modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities. Assesses current standards and processes and recommends additional standards and/or modifications to existing processes as the organization evolves. Partners with other GTS personnel to build standard reporting frameworks for tracking and communicating the status of items within the GTS project portfolio. Trains individuals and teams on project standards, processes and tools. Additional duties as assigned. WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM: The Telecom Project Analyst role will provide support to departmental activities, executive status reporting, procurement and purchasing, as well as representation and the relaying of information from other Herbalife departments back into Telecom and Network. This role will help keep positive relations with a variety of internal groups such as Finance, Cyber Security, Facilities, Server Ops, Global Safety & Security. Senior Project Management - Project Engineering
Job Summary
The Marathon Los Angeles Refinery located in Wilmington, CA has an opening for a Senior Project Management - Project Engineering who will be responsible for managing Mid-Cap projects (roughly $1 million to $0 million TIC per project) from conceptual engineering through project completion at both Carson and Wilmington sites. The position will report to the Advanced Project Manager and have responsibility for managing all aspects of assigned projects to define overall project scope, develop a cost estimate and schedule, develop construction work packages, support construction, and close out the projects. Manage multiple capital and expense projects simultaneously within the approved budget and schedule while meeting project quality objectives.
The successful candidate will be a self-directed and motivated individual who has good understanding of the project management processes and experience in refinery equipment and processes.
The available schedules for the position are 9/80, 5/40 or 4/1, after hours calls occur occasionally during the year and support of TAR once a year.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.
+ Support the development of the yearly IB budget for the Engineering Department.
+ Manage multiple projects and assignments.
+ Apply project management, engineering skills, and knowledge during 5-step gated project process from Conceptual, Feasibility, Definition, Implementation to Closeout.
+ Interact with project team members, key refinery stakeholders, and corporate SMEs to ensure that the project scope is clearly defined and meets the requirements of the end user.
+ Manage, address issues, provide direction and track progress of engineering contractors.
+ Develop and present decision support packages (DSPs) for assigned projects, which include a project's objective, scope, schedule, risks, benefits/justification, options, and costs.
+ Initiate and participate in management of change process (MOC) including Hazard and Operability Analysis (Hazop) for applicable projects.
+ Review design drawings and specifications and coordinate input from stakeholders. Participate in technical reviews with engineers from Marathon (MPC), EPC Contractors (Engineering Procurement and Construction) and equipment suppliers.
+ Ensure assigned projects comply with all applicable Marathon and other refining industry specifications and standards.
+ Collaborate with project controls group for project scheduling, estimating, cost management, and forecasting.
+ Coordinate with procurement in development of contracting plan, including engineering services and equipment sourcing.
+ Develop Construction Work Packages and support construction and commissioning of assigned projects through field walks, responding to RFIs and approving installations before turning over to operations.
+ Manage and update project information on refinery document control systems.
+ Provide documentation and support to Operations and Maintenance departments to develop start-up manuals, operating and maintenance procedures, equipment training, and Inspection and Mechanical Integrity programs.
+ Adopt a continuous improvement mindset and always look for opportunities to improve the project management work process.
Education, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Requirements
+ Must have a Bachelors' Engineering degree. (Education must be obtained/completed prior to start date)
+ Must have at least 10 years of Project Management in a refinery or EPC Contractors (Engineering Procurement and Construction) AND an additional 5 years of experience in operations, maintenance or engineering technical services experience in refinery or EPC Contractors (Engineering Procurement and Construction)
+ Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
+ Must have strong planning and coordinating skills.
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel and Outlook.
+ Must be able to wear appropriate PPE in the refinery (respirator), be able to physically perform all tasks in the field and take hair drug test and physical.
+ Must have a valid driver's license. (MPC determines valid status.)
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for future VISA sponsorship.
+ Travel Requirement is 10% or less.

Preferred Qualifications
+ More than 15 years of experience in project management in a refinery/EPC Contractors (Engineering Procurement and Construction) is preferred.

Large law firm seeks a highly experienced Litigation Support Project Manager to oversee eDiscovery, litigation support and practice management technologies for complex legal matters. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, customer service, and legal process understanding. This position requires a proactive, problem-solving approach, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal and technical challenges.
Responsible for the comprehensive management of all phases of litigation support and eDiscovery projects. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact and liaison between legal teams, clients, co-counsel and external and internal service providers. The Project Manager leverages advanced technology and industry best practices to ensure that eDiscovery, litigation support and practice management projects are handled efficiently and effectively throughout the firm.
Provide strategic oversight, coordination, training, and ongoing maintenance of the firm's portfolio of litigation support and practice management technologies.
- Assist with the identification, selection, testing and implementation of new litigation support and practice management technologies, particularly as it may involve the incorporation of artificial intelligence. This may include the assignment and tracking of tasks to other litigation support roles.
- Assist with the development of the yearly litigation support budget.
- Responsible for handling all aspects of document/ESI processing, hosting and production, including assisting with the identification of responsive data. Coordinate (or perform if necessary) activities such as hosting platform administration, data processing, loading, quality control and productions.

- Collaborate with case teams to develop, track, and monitor eDiscovery budgets, fees, and costs. Identify, report, and address matters with significant budget variances, and optimize cost management.
- Assist with the assessment, selection, and management of external eDiscovery and managed review service providers, including obtaining bids, evaluating proposals, and overseeing vendor performance, troubleshooting, and invoicing.
- In coordination with vendors, the IT Department and the TSC, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to eDiscovery, litigation support and practice management platforms.
- Assist with management of litigation support data repositories.
- Provide hands-on consultation and training on the effective and efficient use of eDiscovery software and the firm's litigation support and practice management technologies.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Litigation Support team, case teams, IT department and various firm departments to ensure seamless project execution and optimal resource utilization.
- Stay apprised of industry trends, legal developments, case law and new technologies as it applies to the firm's eDiscovery, litigation support and practice management initiatives and strategic goals.
- Contribute to the development of firm-wide eDiscovery and litigation support best practices, policies, and training programs. Create operational manuals, templates, and reference materials as needed. Assist with the professional development and informal mentorship of junior litigation support staff, as needed.
