Primary Job Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our clients.Answer and prioritize incoming phone callsMonitor client flow from check-in through dischargeProvide excellent customer service to our referring veterinarians and their staff by assisting with their needs and those of their clients. Records managementAudit client and patient electronic records for completeness and accuracy of information. Process payment transactionsAssist with client educationRelay accurate and complete information from clients to veterinarians and other team membersWork closely with team members to build comradery, cooperation and respectAbout the HospitalAt Greenbriar Veterinary Hospital & Luxury Pet Resort, we provide primary care for dogs and cats, resort services including boarding and daycare for various pets, grooming, spa services, and canine training. We also offer emergency and urgent care for current clients during business hours-please call ahead. Serving Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington D.C., and Pennsylvania for over 15 years, we are IBPSA and Fear Free certified. Located on 30 acres in Urbana, Maryland, our facility features walking trails, exercise runs, and open play areas, making it a dream vacation for your pet.
